El Paso Flauta

Newly minted top 50 taco spot in Austin had no idea was right across the street and it did not disappoint! Really enjoyed all the salsa used and cojita and thoroughly enjoyed the crispy lightness of the flautas as well as the fries. I can't wait to be back for the #2 and the queso!!!

I'm a big fan of flautas and these hit the spot! The trio of salsas on top, avocado, sour cream, and red salsa are the perfect mix of flavors to add a light spice and creamy texture. The flautas were nice and crispy and didn't get soggy quickly. Unfortunately the queso was pretty watery so I didn't eat much of it. I assume this isn't the normal texture of the queso and maybe they were running low and had to thin it out. It did have a good flavor with plenty of peppers but the consistency was very off.My food was ready pretty quick and tasted fresh! This food truck park is great because there's plenty of other food options and picnic tables with umbrellas for shade

The new kid on the block. El Paso Flauta is one of the newest food trucks to the Tree House food truck area. Their food is simply amazing, and they have the best staff there. My wife and I have been here a couple of times and have loved the everything (food and staff). The Colorado is amazing. #1, and #7 are dishes with their flautas with a salad or loaded fries respectively. The flautas are a marvel... they super crispy minus the grease. Which leaves me asking what kind of sorcery is this? Do yourself a favor and give these guys a try, you won't be disappointed.

I like the idea behind this food truck and I was excited to try their El Paso foods.Flautas- I was expecting these to be better than what I can make at home. I did like how they used a longer tortilla for the flauta. The guacamole/avocado they used was not fresh or it was the way it was prepared.Flautas in sauce- The sauce was too watery if I'm comparing with chicos tacos, and it was lacking flavor. The green salsa was my favorite part of this dish.Birria tacos- The meat was dry even with the consome. The people that helped us were nice and they were quick to have the food ready. There's minimal seating area, but keep in mind it is a food truck.Overall it was not a drive I would be willing to do again and also a bit pricy for the quality.

Go our first take-out dinner from here today,& already looking forward to my next visit! Really nice people, delicious food. You have to call to place an order. They were really accommodating about my son's dislike of cilantro. We got chips, quesadillas, loaded fries,& the Number 2 flautas. Everything was really really good

Had the El Paso flautas, they were really good and the sauces on top were delicious!! Will be back to try other things and the guy who served me was nice!

This gem of a food truck is currently at the Beer Geek parking lot near 1626 and Brodie lane. Please... run, don't walk and try their delicious food ASAP!!My husband and I tried a few things, the Cheesy Baby was my absolute favorite! We took it to go since we live near-by and it was just as delicious as it looks in the photos. My husband got the El Paso Flautas and we shared the nachos, both did not disappoint. I will note the chips were crisp and fresh but they will get soggy if they sit in the sauce too long, so keep this in mind if you're not planning to eat right away... although idk how anyone could WAIT to eat their food. I certainly grabbed the to-go bag from my husbands hands as soon as he walked through the door - the smell was undeniably mouthwatering. The workers were super friendly and attentive to each customer who patiently waited in line. I hope they stay at this location for a while because we are definitely going to be repeat customers! :)

Amazing food, great prices, friendly & charismatic service! And food was ready within 10mins of orderingWe got the Burria quesadilla. Was so yummy and all the sauces were delicious (avocado crema was our fav)Also got the 4 baby quesadillas topped with burria and consummate to dip. So yummy & fillingDefinitely will come back! Highly recommend!

Pretty good. Best El Paso food in Austin currently. The El Paso tacos are reasonably close to the genuine article. Chile con queso the best I've had recently.

Service was excellent! Food was excellent! The patio was a nice set up definitely a chill ambiance, 10/10 recommend
