El Charro T Mexican

The restaurant is now called Fercho's and I've had many stuffed avocados in my lifetime and this one is the best!!!

Always a favorite quiet Tex-mex restaurant! Super nice folks there. Good bar too! Big screen tv .

Ordered for takeout tonight for the first time tonight. My chicken flautas were so dry and over cooked, the chicken had no seasoning or chilies in it. Just straight plain chicken. The rice was cooked very well, it just had no flavor. Not even salt and pepper. The beef quesadillas were greasy and my husband couldn't even eat 2 of them. Red salsa was more like warm picante and the green sauce had no flavor as well.The food wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't good and very bland. Won't be back.

Stopped at El Charro T while on our way home from Austin. We saw lots of cars! Always a food sign. Restrooms were clean and service was adequate. While the breakfast menu was limited to 4 options, the ones we chose we're excellent! He had huevos rancheros and I had the Omelet Charro Thank you!. He devoured his lol! The omelet was fluffy and likely a 3 egg omelet. Tucked inside was the best picadillo I've had! Tender beef, moist and depth of flavor. The refried beans had something in them I couldn't identify except as delicious. The rice was ok and I really didn't eat it because I wanted more of the omelet which I couldn't finish. Soft corn tortillas and a superb jarrito of coffee completed my meal. I give 5 napkins!

Roaches. Roaches. Would you like some roaches in your tacos? The food is bland at best. The service isn't much to be impressed with. The servers always make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by just being there. would not recommend. There's other much better choices for Mexican dining in Giddings (*ahem* Los Patrones)

This place has great food great atmosphere's and the bartender Nora is the best one around town

The young waitress with a braid is the worst waitress I've ever had. Shes rude, she barely helped us and she gave us the wrong food. This place sucks.

Good food, friendly atmosphere & clean restaurant and the margaritas are the best! The service is great.

Are server never came around and the place was not busy at all. The food was bland and unseasoned. Really used to love this place but the new owner have ran it in the ground.

It was the worst "Mexican" food I've ever had. It had no flavor at all. Reminded me of school food. And who serves nacho cheese at a Mexican restaurant?
