El Buen Taquero

I cannot recommend this place enough! My partner and I were looking for a quick takeaway spot for lunch today and have been meaning to try El Buen Taquero for some time. Today was finally the day!It was easy to find from the main road. They even have a little covered searing area outside that they built off of the food truck itself. Service was very quick! Someone was at the window answering our questions and taking our order immediately. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The menu was pretty extensive for a food truck, IMO! I also love how authentic it is. I ordered a carnitas and an al pastor taco. My boyfriend got 1 asada and 2 al pastor tacos. Everything was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. We will absolutely be back!

Some of the best tacos in Austin - highly recommend the Al Pastor and Carne asada ones. Very authentic

Best breakfast tacos i've had so far in Austin. I am from a smaller south Texas town and have been looking for tacos similar- this is it! Prices are good ($6 for 2 tacos), sizing is perfect, service was great.
