El Bajío Mexican Food

This food truck made me feel like I was back in San Antonio. Austin Texas is definitely growing in its taste with places like this! Authentic, Amazing, and So Much Variety! Breakfast tacos to street tacos to entrees! All the meats available here with the perfect spice! All the salsas! Recommend breakfast tacos in the morning and street style tacos in the afternoon! And get some to go! Prices are legit and affordable too! Must must must place to eat!

Atmosphere is awesome, but food seemed overpriced for the taste / what we got. They also messed up our order. Wouldn't eat here again. $30 for 6 breakfast tacos

Was not disappointed here! Had fun coming up with breakfast taco combos and my friend loved the Gordita!

Delicious breakfast tacos! I just got a couple bacon egg and cheese and a barbacoa. Let's just say I couldn't make the barbacoa last long enough to take a picture so you'll just have it believe me that it was that good. Super convenient to be able to call ahead of time to pick up.

Such a convenient stop on 620 for some authentic mexican food! Will be a go to for my breakfast.

Great breakfast tacos! Honestly you can't go wrong with anything you order here. Not on the menu but you can also get breakfast burritos and they are delicious!

We were looking for tacos in the nearby area and we saw review for this food truck so we decided to try it and we are so glad we did! We stopped around 12:30 and they still had breakfast tacos - I got the eggs and potatoe and eggs, beans and cheese. My bf also got a breakfast taco, lamb/chivo and and a campechano (steak and chorizo) and he loved all of them as well. The beans had great taste on their own and my bf said the lamb was really tender. Overall great food, for a great price (starting at 2.50) and they came out hot and quick!

The person who takes my order is always genuinely friendly and I love that I've been here 3 times. First time I got bacon egg & cheese + avo taco w the creamy green salsa. It was good enough for me to go back and try again. Second time I got a fajita torta, it was decent. Third time I got 2 bacon and egg tacos add avo, forgot the cheese this time): get the creamy green salsa. This place is definitely worth a try. There's always people there when I've gone so a lot of traffic (business) compared to the other food trucks that are there in the lot. Wait time was never long though. They have breakfast tacos and regular lunch food items.

Breakfast tacos are so good! Definitely quality ingredients. Had to wait a little but shows they're made to order and came out hot and fresh. Good service and cute seating area.

Consistently awesome food and very nice and very professional workers. My gosh is it always good, plus there are at least 2 or 3 other food trucks in there that are also good but for breakfast taco this often one of my go to spots.
