DR WOK Asian Bistro

Has to be some of the best Asian food around! I had enough food for 3meals. Very big portions and so flavorful.

We've ordered from here twice and like the food a lot but sometimes delivery isn't available.

After we left the mall we were hungry for some good food, we opened the Yelp app after typing our preference we get so many suggestions but the best for os was Dr Wok, we drove by inspecting to be a dining room but the food is only Togo, anyway my daughter was fine with that so we order 2 plates and one appetizer, the lady at the register was super nice and patient with us, after placing our order after 10 min our food was ready, for our surprise there was plenty of food on those plates so we decided to go home and eat there because we were planning to eat in the car, after we got home we opened the plates and we share with the rest of our family the food was enough for 5 people and still was some leftovers LOL, definitely I'll recommend this place to any one looking for a good food. Please excuse my bad typing.

Great location for late night snack. They open to 2am Thursday- Sunday. Noodles weren't good at all. Very dry. Sticked together. No taste. Fairly made my stomach hurt. The Pu Pu Platter was 3/5 you receive 2 of each item listed. The pork and beef weren't tasty at all. Over all I wouldn't be back. Hope this helps someone else.

I constantly look for good Chinese in Austin, having eaten at countless places. With the advent of the corporate Chinese food options (P.F.Changs, Pei Wei R.I.P. Masala Wok and Panda Express) looking for the good 'ol days of independent Chinese restaurants such as back in the 80's and 90's - when btw there were as many or more Chinese than Mexican restaurants in Austin - has been difficult. What a pleasant surprise to find Dr. Wok! My go-to test dish is Orange Beef, and both times it was, most importantly, consistent, and was crispy, tangy, and spicy, with add-ins accepted and incorporated nicely. I'll be back soon for other dishes and look forward to the experience. Service was pleasant, the Owner rang me up both times and was very accommodating. Food came within about 12 minutes, and what you get as far as quality and quantity is well worth it. Ambiance, well, Dr. Wok is currently to-go only, hope that changes. The Owner gladly brought my food to the car. Go! Try it!

Human chicken was awesome !First place to listen and make it Xtra spicy as I requested.

The customer service and food is excellent. Really enjoy using them for catered events.

This is a really tasty Chinese takeout place, tons of vegan and vegetarian options. The people are really nice here too. Highly recommend this family owned business.

Came here & spent $20. The food texture felt like it had been sitting there for hours... orders are not made fresh per order & my rice looked like it had been heated up from the previous day... the chicken had a yellow color to it underneath the breading like they used curry to spice it up but why would you need curry powder for general tso chicken? Definitely not $20 worth I ended up throwing it away.

Excellent Chinese Food! We did take out and had 3 bags. The employee was very courteous and offered to help take bags to car. There prices are very reasonable and the quality outstanding!!!!I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR WOK ASIAN BISTRO!!!!!!
