This place is about as Austin as it gets: Great product being served from the tiniest of trailers. Situated in the Congress Avenue Historic District and a stones throw from the river, it's a nice location to grab a coffee and enjoy the passersby. Walking up on a chilly Friday morning finds the trailer situated adjacent to a detached counter with a lovely Colombian lady taking orders and offering bags of coffee for sale. I chatted with her for a moment, sharing my experience with travel to Colombia years ago and asking more about their coffees. I ordered an espresso made with their bespoke espresso blend, and my wife ordered a cappuccino. I also purchased a bag of a washed Colombian coffee for later. Our order was delivered by the baristas in the trailer with a smile, and we seated ourselves at the nearby tables. Although definitely a bit cold for us Texans, we opted for this instead of heading back to our car, and I'm glad we did. The espresso was absolutely incredible, with strong fruity notes, great body, and a mild acidity that really danced on the tongue. One of the best I've had in a while. The cappuccino was equally delicious, with the milk bringing out the flavors of the coffee, if not quite as intense (of course) as the espresso. Later in our hotel room, I cracked open the bag and made a V60 pourover. The delightful "hostess" confirmed that the coffee was about ten days off roast, which, for a light roast, is probably near the earliest one would want to use it, but it paid off with an incredibly fruit forward and light cup, a wonderful drink indeed. I may consider a subscription to Desnudo, the coffee is that good. Don't miss this place if you're looking for an incredible coffee experience in Austin!

Overall: 4.3/5 The Desnudo Coffee mobile truck is located by Foreground Food Hall. There was a line, but it moved quickly. The staff was super nice and welcoming. While you wait, you can grab a breakfast taco at Taco Pegaso, which is right next to the coffee truck.I think the prices are a bit high for a 12 oz coffee, but they offer unique flavors, so it's still worth trying. Both of our drinks came with two shots of espresso, but there wasn't a strong coffee taste. I also appreciate that they don't charge extra for milk alternatives.Iced Brown Sugar Miso Latte with Almond Milk ($6.45): This latte is made with miso paste infused with brown sugar, shaken with espresso, and your choice of milk. It was good--each ingredient had a subtle flavor profile and blended well together. The latte was well-balanced.Hot Forbidden Latte with Oat Milk ($7): Their menu noted limited availability, and the description was enticing, so I decided to try it. This latte is made with panela-caramelized black rice, coconut cream, and a sprinkle of ginger powder. Although it mentions just a sprinkle of ginger, I found the ginger flavor to be the most prominent, while the other ingredients complemented it. This drink definitely warmed me up from the inside. Needless to say, if you're not a fan of ginger, I'd recommend choosing another latte.I'd love to come back to try their Shoyu Butterscotch Latte and Matcha Hadaka.

Love this spot! Went here on a Saturday morning and had a great time! The matcha is so good, I got it with lavender flavoring and it's one of my new favorites. There was also a little breakfast taco stand right next to it - so good! This is a great spot to go on a Saturday morning to grab some coffee and walk around the downtown area. There are lots of seating options, and it's dog friendly! So fun!

I got coffee here on a work trip and it was my favorite place I tried in Austin! It was really quick to order and all of the workers were very nice. There were several people waiting but I got my coffee pretty quick! I loved that they had a speaker they said your name on so you didn't have to wait right next to the truck. The coffee itself was great and I loved getting to sit outside in the cute seating area and enjoy my coffee!

Desnudo has been on my list for quite some time. The cute blue and white coffee truck has been all over social media, with customers raving about this the best, most flavorful coffee in Austin. Specifically, the Brown Sugar Miso, and let me say first, it did not disappoint--it's not too sweet. It's the perfect cup of coffee--smooth with a richness to it. Also, the service was great and very friendly; she advised me to try it cold first. I'm such a hot coffee drinker at times. Also, the location is phenomenal; right beside Desnudo is a large deck that sits under a huge tree with plenty of tables and chairs to sit, relax, people-watch, and block out the sun on those hot Austin days. One more thing: parking is a breeze downtown. There's so much street parking and parking lots. Don't ever get intimidated by Austin downtown parking, it's the best. This day I parked on Brazos Street!

Delicious and strong coffee. We were happy to see the trailer outside of our hotel in Austin. Super friendly staff working and quick service, there was quite a line when we arrived but it moved quickly. We were lucky enough to try their cheesy bread on the first day of serving, it paired well with our coffee.

I didn't even know they had this truck until this visit. I'm thrilled. The shared space is beautiful with plenty of seating and shade. The line was long but so well organized. It moved quick. The menu is very unique with an Asian influence in the miso and shoyu and orange blossom flavors. The drinks were well crafted. Excellent espresso, incredibly smooth with flavors that blended and did not overpower the espresso. We tried the vanilla miso orange blossom, the butterscotch shoyu and the chocolate special and all were fantastic. The vanilla miso orange was my favorite. The taco tent next door was incredibly convenient too. The perfect Saturday morning excursion.

The little gem that is now on Congress and not a lot of people know about it yet, which is great because you don't have the long line a lot of times. Shhhh! Seriously best coffee, #1, in town. Hands down! A Congress location must be permanent.

today i tried their "choco cloud" special and it tasted like a dark chocolate mocha dessert. the cookie on top was also a nice touch. my favorite drinks are their brown sugar miso latte and lilly peach latte (seasonal). i'm glad they opened another location because this one has ample seating at fareground and also has a breakfast taco stand right next to it. line also moves pretty quick.cheers to their second location!
