Delray Cafe

This amazing food truck is part of Nickel City and located just at the side of their building.They serve up old-school Detroit-style bar food. The crinkle cut fries are delish (as is everything I've had from the menu).Goes without saying service is top-notch.

I know I gave nickel city a bad review for the service, but need to add that the food truck is awesome. One of the only places in Austin to get authentic Detroit coney dogs, and the people who work there are amazing people.

Never been inside the attached Nickel city but this food truck is great. These might be the best crinkle fries I've ever had and the slider was great too. Definitely a great place to pick up lunch.

Fantastic wings! Small, crispy, and the buffalo hot has a decent kick to it! Purchase by the pound, about 6 wings per LB - $13. This is the trailer that services Nickel City. One of the top, if not the best wings in Austin.

Definitely one of the best burgers in Austin! Tater tots are really good too. We love it.

I'm married to a true Detroiter, and he was very, very skeptical of Delray Cafe when I first told him about it. Now, we go at least once a month!! The coney's are legit y'all!! The loose burgers are all kinds of right and the sliders?! Oh man, the sliders...get 'em decked out with all the fixins and a double will do you just fine! Delray cafe is DIRTY in all the right ways, and I can't say enough about them. The tots? Amazing! Crinkle fries? Those too! Add chili and cheese and it's a marriage of all the right things. If you really know a thing about Detroit, you know about the fried bologna sandwich, and yes, they make it right, chips and all. These guys are legit, and SO friendly. They are just all around awesome, and worth the short walk if you have to park around the corner!

Well, until tonight, I would've given them 5 stars. Now, im never coming back. I ordered inside and waited on the patio for my order. After 30 minutes and seeing literally everyone else get their food, I went and asked. Turns out, they lost my ticket. Cool, no big deal. I told the guy my order and he apologized and said he'd make it immediately. 20 minutes later, he sticks his head out to confirm my order - which he got wrong. Then he hands me a box and I leave. I didn't even want to check it, because I knew it was wrong. And it was. No pickles, no onions I guess means throw as many f**king onions as you can on a slider. So, yeah. I'll probably drunk order a DelRib on Uber eats in the future and I'm sure they'll mess that order up too. It's like a hot chick with a Nazi tattoo on her forehead. You want to like her cuz she's so hot, but she's clearly awful.

Wow! Last night you really snatched money out of my sons hands because you didn't understand he wanted to add a pound of wings to an existing order. He spent over $60.00! I guess business is so good you think you can mistreat people! The female that works here at night is so rude! This was our go to spot since it's walking distance but with your customer service, NO THANKS!!!!!

Waited over 30+ mins for my food. No one gave a shit, no one cared they took multiple others over my own. Will never return . Service is horrible. Jpdon't go when busy

They're not open even though it say open. Said I would have to go inside and that they're backed up even for some damn fries.
