De Smash Burger

Actually a good burger. I love a good smash burger and this place was great. Was skeptical because of the location. However, very pleased. Got the classic smash. Came with two hefty patties, and a house made sauce with a side of onion rings. Smash burgers are expensive now a days but this place was decently priced and a good amount of food!

I got excited that a burger truck was going to be open for lunch downtown. That quickly dissipated after we got back to the office with our order. The fellow making our burgers asked us the same question three times about what we wanted. Then he proceeded to take what felt like a rather long time to make the burgers. I think our two block journey took 30 minutes. We get back to the office and none of our burgers were how we asked. Why did he bother acting like he was trying to get it right?All that, and it was nearly $20 for a burger and fries. I'll pay that for a half ass at Roaring Fork, but DeSmash is desadness. I didn't get sick from it though, so there's that.

Lowkey fire, I came here at 11am so pretty early which I understand why the service was kinda quiet but I ordered the crispy chicken jalapeño popper sandwich and I have to say I was not disappointed. The food was nice and hot and it was quite tasty. I had a Mexican coke to go with it so that only made it better. No complaints here was a good and affordable meal that was made quickly especially for being downtown Austin.

This place was garbage . Gristle burgers .. it was 50 bucks for 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich. Dude told me I would love the meal I ordered , Yea right .. I want my money back lol . Never again will I!!!! I bet the dudes who work there don't even eat that crap ! I think dirt taste better then those burgers !

It was alright. The burger was bland and the fries were over salted. The delivery driver was nice.

It was my first time trying their smash burger with their fries, and it was one of the best smash burger's I've had in all of Austin, nothing can compete. The service was outstanding including the addition of napkins and ketchup with the side of fries. The area where the truck is located is full of music and lights, great place to visit during the weekend.
