Overall, one of our favorite KBBQ/hot spots in town! We've tried several of the other KBBQ and hot pot spots and town, and this one is up there among the best. The broths offered are super solid, and the quality of the meats when we have gone have consistently been very fresh. The service has been very quick and attentive each time we have gone. There is a good selection of veggies and the desserts offered are shockingly good for an AYCE spot. Good spot for a casual and filling dinner!

I recently visited this all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch, and Jenifer, our server, made the whole dining experience exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, helping us select the best cuts of meat and side dishes.Jenifer made sure our grill was always clean and that we had everything we needed. Her attentiveness and upbeat attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. This place is a must-try for anyone craving authentic Korean BBQ with fantastic service. I'll definitely be back

I loved Cho Sun Galbi, and was very excited for this new opening. The service was kind and I felt welcomed, even with them being so busy. KBBQ: The bbq meats tasted great and it felt like there was good variety. I'd be willing to come back for that alone, and I loved that they gave the option of having green leaf lettuce for wrapping. Hotpot: The hotpot had good veggie options. Some of my noodles, the knife cut ones, stuck together so it was a little harder to eat. I do wish they offered the wide sweet potato noodles, but that's my personal preference. As well as maybe not cutting the noodles so short. Most of what I'd eat at hotpot were there.Spring roll bar: I think it could be great with some tweaking. I liked that there was hot water available for dipping the wraps. The noodles for it were not what would usually be used, as it had pho noodles instead of the vermicelli or bean thread and I had some difficult figuring out how to cook it without using my hotpot broth but ended up doing that anyway. I do wish there were herb options for the spring rollsOther things to note:- I didn't get to try the hot appetizers and desserts, so I can't speak to those- the kimchi was delicious, it was fresh and a little on the sweeter side- the rice was initially well done, but the second batch was different and I'm not sure what changed.Overall, I like the restaurant and I'm glad it's here. I did feel like there was a lot going on and it felt a little chaotic going the first time and wanting to try every aspect of it. My table was full before I even started cooking! I'll for sure be back, but I'll definitely need a better game plan.

Was glad we got to try this new hotpot kbbq combo spot Dam E - it was the perfect post workout meal. The price was fair for how many options they offered (also had a spring roll station and a hot foods station!) and the broth and service was A plus. The meats were fresh and aplenty and the sauce station was well stocked. Definitely recommend Dam E for a hot pot on a cold day. I'll be back soon!

The food was delicious, the setting and spread were great. But that alone doesn't define our experience at DAM-A and how respectful and helpful their staff really were. During our trip to DAM-A the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the manager even coming over and encouraging us to try a special sauce they made in house (which was delicious). What we didn't expect though, was for the power to go out in the restaurant. When the lights go out, sometimes the show stops, yet somehow it didn't here. If anything the situation made the somehow great service even better. The waiters went into overdrive handling grumpy customers and concerned patrons. Not for a second in all the chaos of the situation did we feel unattended to or as a second thought. The meat was delicious, specifically their bulgogi. The sides were delicious and the spring roll station was a nice touch. We enjoyed how unique and balanced the options were as well as the dual KBBQ and hot pot dynamic there was. If you ever find yourself looking to support a small business that truly, and I mean TRULY, cares about its customers, then please stop by DAM-A. You won't be disappointed.

Made reservations here on Yelp. But it wasn't needed on a Thursday evening. We got a seat right away at our table. Everyone gets their own hot pot, and the grill is to be shared. We picked our broth, and our waitress showed us around where the meat and veggies were. The layout of the restaurant is okay, but if you are sitting near the front of the restaurant, it is a decent amount of walking if you are carrying a plate of food back and forth. The tonkatsu broth lacked flavor; luckily, I was able to spice it up and add additional flavoring from the sauce bar. They don't have much meat selection here, just a few. I felt like most of the seafood tasted rotten to me and my sister, and we avoided that after tasting a couple of things. For Korean BBQ, it wasn't bad. We tried the spicy pork bulgogi and the kimchi, and overall, it was decent. The grill did take a long time to heat up. I do recommend getting some sesame oil to coat the grill as it isn't nonstick.

Wow. Genuinely floored with how good this place is. No stranger to Korean BBQ in Houston, Austin and Vegas. This is easily the best place I've ever been to in terms of selection, quality and freshness. Hot pot, BBQ, spring roll, appetizers... fantastic options.Service was on point, changing out plates and grills regularly. Attentive but not hovering.Met a friend for lunch, will be adding this to the regular rotation. Probably the best Korean BBQ in Austin.
