Cuppa Austin

First of all, love that they have a drive thru! The workers are very friendly and work pretty quickly. They're super patient and descriptive when it comes to describing what different drinks are. And I love places that provide seasonal specific options. The drink itself was delicious! I got a pumpkin pie latte. It smelled super pumpkiny but the flavor itself wasn't too overbearing. And it was sweet enough for me to enjoy but the coffee flavor was still pretty strong.

This is a really sweet little coffee shop. The atmosphere is delightful, almost mountain-style with wooden beams; it isn't too loud. The staff is good and friendly. The wifi is terrific. The coffee is also pretty nice.I'm literally not rating it five stars because in each of the seven times I've been there, the floor has been a little stick, as if someone's sugary drink wasn't quite cleaned up. In spite of that, they'll be seeing me again.

Friendly staff. Excellent selection of food and beverages. Tried the butterscotch latte and it's utter perfection. Not too sweet. Not burnt tasting like other coffee shops. Gentle music overhead but still quiet enough to carry on a conversation. Comfortable sofas to read and enjoy a break in the day or grab a table and chairs if that is your preference. Free WiFi available too. Check out their ever changing seasonal offerings for something truly unique- like their spring Honey and Lavender beverages. Definitely a better alternative to some of the popular chains whether you want a grab and go or a leisurely moment in your day.

A genuinely great coffee shop. The baristas are well skilled the crafting drinks and pastries. There's always soothing music and plenty of space to come with friends. The Valentine's Day menu is amazing-I suggest trying the Strawberry Mocha!

Fantastic coffee spot! I love the cherry and Aztec mochas (both iced and hot). They have so many mocha options to choose from. So, if you're a mocha fan like me, rejoice!

If I had to sum up this place in one word, it would be COZY. I would recommend Cuppa Austin on the vibes alone. It's clean with plenty of seating and a spot in the back with a comfy couch. The quality coffee is a fantastic plus. Check out their signature lattes, the cherry mocha is absolutely delightful. I'm writing this while it's cold out and I can't help but think about how nice a hot mug of it would be right now. I'm also a big fan of getting coffee in a good little mug instead of a paper cup even if I'm staying inside. They'll switch you to a to-go cup no problem if you need/want it. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful without any judgement on how you order your drink. If you have a craving for a pastry, you can't go wrong with any of their selection.

Average cortado, leans a little too sour for me. Inside is clean and nice, bathroom very clean. Service is quick but one of the girls was on the phone the entire time and forgot half of my order. They are nice and sweet though when I reminded her.

I found the selection of pastries I had were quite good. The right amount of sweetness and seasonings.  I'm happy to have discovered to shop.The shop itself has a great feel to it when walking in.  However, approaching the counter I felt stimulation overload. There's a large refrigerated unit of products directly in front, and there are things on top of it.  Straight off I had no idea where the register was. For me, this was uncomfortable.

Okay... how do I say this without singling one person out. But whoever the blond woman is working in the evenings, gotta go. Every single time, i shit you not. I get 90% milk, 8% ice, and 2% coffee. If you go anytime after 2pm... you might as well suck on a cows tit. Anytime before 2pm... the coffee is like Katy Perry's new album on mute. Just perfect. But yea, just want to be honest.

If you haven't noticed from the many times I have checked in Cuppa Austin has definitely earned the title of my favorite coffee house in town.I always order through the drive-thru and they have such quick service. I have a MASSIVE obsession with Lavendar lattes and they serve up a delicious lavender honey latte. Get it iced or hot, both amazing treats. They also have a very yummy Nutella mocha my daughter enjoys as a frozen drink. I definitely need to explore the menu more, it's just so hard to pass up my favorite. I haven't tried their pastries, but they do serve taco deli breakfast tacos.
