Cuantos Tacos

Some of the best tacos I've ever had. These are authentic Mexican tacos. This is a food trucks located at Arbor Food Court. Lots of people but lines goes quick. The mushroom is very spicy and salty. If u can tolerate spice and salt, then this is for you. All the meat ones are very moist and flavorful. $11 for four delicious tacos, I'll take it any day.

We got Cuantos Tacos to go and it was solid. I definitely need to try it fresh right there and then in the future!!! The tacos tasted great and were super authentic. The salsas had a nice flavor to them as well. I will definitely be back!

Great lowkey spot. Is in a nice little food truck spot. Usually my boyfriend and I order one of each taco (they are all amazing). The tacos are tiny so I always recommend order 2-6 tacos depending on how hungry.Great quality meat!

Absolute banger of a Taco Spot in Austin, TX and we were so glad we stopped here while we were in town. Luckily there was not a long wait, but wow the tacos were amazing. I enjoyed the Chorizo tacos the most, but my only regret was that we did not come here more than once while visiting Austin, TX. I tried the brisket, but I think the Chorizo is the way to go!

Had to try this spot out as it is Michelin Bib Gourmand Service was super fast and I loved the location of it being surrounded by other food trucks and outdoor seating arrangements.I thought the tacos were good but nothing like crazy. I got one of each, and my favorite was the longaniza (chorizo). The rest of the meats just tasted either a little smoky from the grill or were a bit too salty. Nothing really distinct about the tacos. I liked that the tacos were smaller though (designed to eat in 2-3 bites). The nixtamal tortilla and salsa were pretty good.If you are in the area, I would recommend to go try but I'm sure there are many other taco places around Austin

I love simple food done extraordinarily well. Cuantos Tacos are no frills, simple, onion/cilantro/lime with delicious meat/mushrooms and fresh tortillas. I've eaten so many tacos over the years, but these tacos feel like the ones your grandmother helped cook for a big family meal during the holidays. Comfort food without being too rich, hearty without being too heavy. The flavor in these tacos and the tenderness of this meat is amazing. We got the sampler platter, and my son (who is not a big fan of onions and cilantro) legit stuffed 2 of these tacos into his mouth within 2 minutes. Chorizo and Barbacoa were the first to go, so we had to go get another sampler. I have no regrets, because those two tacos were some of the best on the plate. My husband, who does not sure not vegan/vegetarian dishes, really enjoyed the mushroom taco. The beef stomach taco was tender and delicious, and the carnitas taco was scrumptious and not greasy one bit. Yes, beef stomach. I did not care or even pause when I ate it. They just do meat right here. Everything was perfectly seasoned. Service was quick and friendly. I love this food truck park as it has tons of seating and everyone understands the vibes. Don't doubt why Cuantos continually gets voted top tacos in Austin; their simplicity won me over bite after bite.

Located in a cute little food truck park, you can tell Cuantos Tacos is a popular option with the way they had a line practically the whole time we were there. I love that they specify what each type of meat is on their menu. And that they have a vegetarian option! And the prices looked pretty decent... until I saw how small the tacos were. I wasn't too hungry, but I was able to finish three easily. And their menu states that around 5-8 is recommended to satisfy you for a meal. They do give a hefty portion of meat within the tacos and the tortillas are delicious. But all of my and my friends sauces were all congealed, which was a little off putting. Regardless of that though, the food was delicious and came out pretty quickly. And the workers were super friendly.

These authentic bite size tacos were so good. The flavors were rich and fresh and the service was good and quick. Plenty of outdoor picnic tables for seating and decent amount of parking. The beef cheek & carnitas were my favorites with the green salsa!

Heard so many great things about Cuantos so I had to give it a try!I can say that it was definitely worth the commute from round rock!I ordered and got my Tacos in five minutes. The cashier was very patient and informative as this was my first time going!I got the cachete, suadero and the carnitas! My favorites were the cachete and the saudero! I added the grilled cheese to mine! The carnitas were a bit dry and I could use a bit more salt on all the tacos but still great.Plenty of parking and easy to find!I will go back and try the quesadilla

I think the tacos are good but a bit overpriced for their sizes. I've been to other taco places with bigger tacos and honestly, the flavors here don't stand out. I wouldn't go out of my way to get tacos here, but it's a good experience to try a Bib Gourmand taco food truck. We got one of each taco flavor. When the tacos arrived, we didn't know which was which. My favorite was the one with beef, which I'm guessing is the Suadero. I wouldn't get the Champiñones again just because I prefer having meat in my tacos. This was the one with mushrooms. Carnitas is a bit dry. The tacos are REALLY small, smaller than my hand. The good thing is that after ordering, we received the tacos pretty quickly. There are other food trucks in this area.
