Man, this pinche hamburgesa was chingona. Really, it was a throwback to my youth, the days of closing down "antros" in Mexico and then headed to a puesto to eat hamburgers or hotdogs Had the Sincronizada, which came with a patty, a sausage link and ham stacked on top. Man this burger was good and couldn't get enough of it. Really tasty and brought back fond memories. BUT.... if you really want to get your socks blown off, get the campechana fries. Thise damn things are amazing. Pretty much everything is sat on top of the fries: chorizo, cheese, onions, cilantro, carnita and it's such a gooey, cheesy, meaty mess to sink your fork into; your flavor senses will thank you.

We love Cuantas Tacos and always say "next time we're doing their burger truck" and never do...until now! And the burger truck is going out of business on January 25th. Go figure! Glad we made it and hoping to come again before the 25th (just 2 days away). The burgers are absolute perfection. Bursting flavor from the first bite to the last. Literally the last if we don't get back there.Original-style seasoning with so much taste my belly was doing flip-flops with excitement. Benji says "two paws up"...he's a fan!!

I've wanted to check out Cuantos Hamburguesas since this food truck opened and am so glad I finally visited this weekend. I ordered the Hawaiiana with pineapple, ham, and pickled jalapeños on the burger. I've never had a burger with ham on it, but it meshed perfectly with the sweet pineapple and gooey cheese. I appreciate how unique their burger was, albeit a bit greasy. Will be back again to try one of their other unique flavors! This food truck is located in a cute food truck park in East Austin with Cuantos Tacos and some other tasty trucks. It has nice ambiance, although parking can be difficult to find on weekends.

Parking: Small lot next to the truck, with some street parking in the neighborhood--just be sure to check the signs!Food: I tried the Campechana, which was tasty, but if you're craving a classic smash burger, the Americana and Hawaiana are where it's at! Crunchy, sweet, tangy, and full of texture.Service: Quick and friendly.Price: Wallet-friendly and worth it!Ambiance: The food truck lot is shaded, but on a 100-degree summer day, it might be a bit toasty for most.

Cuanto's newer venture into taqueria-style burgers couldn't be any more fantastic. When we're living in a world where a standard meal at Whataburger costs over $10, or the newest "hip" smash burger joint is charging $16 just for their 1/3 lb. beef burger (not a damn chance I'm telling you the name of that spot); Cuantas Hamburguesas is here to show that a great burger can still be unique, quality, and affordable all at the same time. I've had their Sincronizada a few times and it's unlike any burger I've had before with it including bacon, all beef hot dog slices, ham, Angus beef, Mexican cheese, pickles, pickles jalapeno slices, and their special mayo. ALL of those things for $7.50 a pop and $2 fries. The cheese was ultra melty and combined with the generous amount of sauce and fresh ingredients and was just an amazing burger, and their fries are all ultra crispy right out of the frier and was sooo much for only $2. I heavily regret not having tried their special Papas Campenchanas because when I read it it sounds insane, so I'll update the review when I come back soon for that.PSA: Cuantas as well as Cuantos are ONLY CLOSED ON MONDAY, not also Tuesday like their hours on this page seem to suggest.

Cuantas Hamburguesas The hamburgers we here were so unique and so tasty. The burgers are similar in size to fast food burgers, but the quality is much higher.I tried the Sinchronizada and the campechana burger - and both were fantastic ! I preferred the campechana burger , the chorizo was subtle in flavor and so unique. The fries were very large in quantity and super cheap too ($2).Can't wait to come back and try more!

Fantastic food truck with a kind of fusion mexican food/burger menu. I had the campechana burger and the campechana loaded fries. I was worried about doubling up with similar orders, but i was so glad I did. Both were incredible. I can't recommend either more and would genuinely say that the campechana burger was one of my favorite burgers I've ever had

Cuantas Hamburguesas has been on my list to try since they opened a few months ago but sadly it didn't live up to the hype. The prices are great but the actual burgers are pretty average. In full transparency, I took my food home to avoid eating outside because it was 35 degrees out so my ratings and overall experience could be skewed (but if you're wanting to take your food to go, it's worth noting the risks!).FAST FACTS:* Parking: small dirt lot with additional street parking* Online ordering: schedule a pick up time on their website* Closed on Sunday and Monday* Arbor Food Park is dog friendly and BYOB friendly* Plenty of picnic tables and tree shadeI visited on a Saturday around 7:20 pm and there was no line (it was pretty cold out). It took 12 minutes for my order to be ready which wasn't bad.PRICING - Very reasonable! The total for two burgers and fries was $17.25 before tip.CAMPECHANA (6/10) - The chorizo is the dominant flavor. Don't get me wrong, it's a great flavor but the burger patty was pretty flavorless. I kept peeking at the tortilla to try and find the cheese that was mentioned in the description but it was nowhere to be found. The mayo is delicious but be prepared for your bun to disintegrate RAPIDLY!HAWAIIANA (6.5/10) - I was more excited about the Campechana but this one ended up being my favorite of the two. Again, the burger patties were pretty boring but the pickled jalapeños paired so well with the ham and pineapple. I also felt like you got more with this one despite it costing slightly less.PAPAS FRITAS (3/10) - These smelled AMAZING but were a huge disappointment... as soon as I opened the bag, I could tell they were pretty soggy and lifeless. Again, this could be a result of taking the food to go but I don't think I've ever seen fries get that soggy that fast if they were crispy to begin with.If you want an affordable, mediocre smashburger with some unique topping combos, Cuantas will get the job done... just don't expect it to look like the pictures you see on Instagram or blow you away in the flavor department.

Consistent, delicious, well executed, properly seasoned and inexpensive. Can't ask for much more than that, the Americana and the Hawaiian are both incredibly delicious and flavor packed, tallow fries are a great addition as well, this is a burger staple in my book.

Really affordable and tastes like a premium McDonald's ! I love the sauce and the grilled onions are thin and delicious. Fries are also good!
