Crumbl - Sunset Valley

You can't go wrong with these fresh, buttery, sweet, absolutely delicious cookies!We were at Doc's Backyard with some friends and walked by and literally everyone asked for cookies so we walked in.I don't eat sweets often but I do enjoy these for special occasions, parties, or sharing with friends. My favorites are the lemon poppy seed and banana bread cookies.

Crumbl cookie is a must, the hype is real! The cookies are super sweet, sugary and delicious! If you're looking for a sweet treat that you could eat throughout multiple days, crumbl is it! They are always changing up their menu so it's fun to see what they come up with next. This is a pick up and go dessert place. If I recall correctly, they don't have public restrooms. Food: 10/10Service: 6/10Ambiance: 10/10 it always looks clean and you can see them making the cookies!

I'm not really sure what the point is of downloading their app, ordering 30 minutes ahead, only to show up and wait another 20 minutes for a pack of cookies. Are they hand-crafting each one in a kiln out back? Holding a candlelit ceremony to bless them? What's happening back there?I have a total love-hate relationship with Crumbl. Sometimes, their cookie flavors sound like they were dreamed up by a genius baker in a sugar-fueled frenzy -- and I get genuinely excited to try them! Other times? It's like the creativity team clocked out early and left a note that just said, "I dunno... sprinkle some cereal on top?"Let's be real: these are cake batter shortcut cookies. Super easy, super cheap to make. You're not paying for some artisanal baked masterpiece here. You're paying for the cute pink box and the chance to feel like you've got your life together enough to treat yourself to a $5 cookie. And hey -- I'm not judging! They've got me sometimes, too! Hook, line, and cookie cutter. That said, I do enjoy trying some of the new flavors. They've definitely inspired me to level up my own baking game when I make desserts for potlucks and parties. I'll try to mimic their ideas, but with a little extra originality.So yeah... Crumbl cookies are fun sometimes. They're also overpriced. But hey, we all love a little indulgence now and then, even if it comes with a side of "wait, why am I still standing here?"

For many years television has deceived us. A Big Mac looks 10 feet tall in a commercial but when you show up at McDonalds it's in a tiny 3x3x4 inch box. Never looks like the commercials portray it to be. Same with about all food seen on TV and online. Well, at least Red Lobster got that famous lemon squeeze with precision. And this is where my review of Crumbl cookies starts. Not just this location; here's my take. Imagine you are a contractor for one of the biggest communication companies in North America. You're job is to advise said company what's going on. You send requests and or email over and over...crickets. OK, no it's NOT Cricket Wireless. They in turn make some adjustments to keep the network kicking. BUT, 90 percent of their peeps don't give a flying F. One day whilst nearly drowning in paperwork you find one person who actually wants to help. OMG, after weeks of bliss you decide from states away that this nice lady needs some recognition. Not a good idea for me to drive 5 states so what to do...Search around her hood for options and enter my first dealings with Crumbl. Not too far from her place. BTW, recognition to former CM Kelly S. in Austin for helping me be able to look up anyone in the US via a secret website.Here I am in Texas and I can deliver cookies to my new best work friend. Slide a few cookies into a box on a website and surprise. Cookies on her doorstep! Creepy??? Nope, just a thank you for making my job easier. All on my own dime because it sucks not getting help.Review of the cookies; just like those old commercials the product doesn't look like the pictures. She on at least one occasion has had toppings missing. Same with this location in my home town of Austin, Texas. Not saying it happens all the time but my personal order was missing the Reece's topping. Let's recap as if you don't know you're paying $30 for six cookies. They are large; for the price they should be as described or pictured. BTW Crumbl if you're listening that trifle thang from a few week ago was HEAVEN! Texans deserve this in the rotation monthly.

I order from this location pretty consistently for work, and it's always been a good experience. All of the cookies I want are always available, the staff is friendly and greets me when I walk in, and the orders are ready fairly quickly. The Crumbl app is so dang easy to use! The cookies always come out great and I know they're delicious.

I've only ever gotten these delivered so can't comment on service or ambiance buttttt the cookies are HUGE, delicious, and very shareable! They're VERY sweet and hundreds of calories each, so DO share them!

Love this location! You do wait a little while for your cookies NOT ALL THE TIME but the wait is so worth it! They were so nice as well!

Excellent every time. Also they're super fast when packing up your cookies. In and out in less than 5 minutes each time. Cookies consistently awesome!!!
