Nearby pizza spot. Sign me up! 2mins away. Oh, and they have a variety of food options. I tried the Italian-style antipasto which had all the Italian meats in it which was so delicious and the kitchen-made homemade dressing! "Shout out to the chefs" but haven't got to the best part yet Spicy spinach dip I have never had spicy before and with the garlic bread, it was a must-have again. Also, must-have NY cheesecake 10/10.Everything was great this will be my weekly new pizza place for the family. Nice place to just chill and enjoy some pizza. Q was so kind and friendly with great customer service and helpful with food choices.

This is one the best restaurants I've been to in awhile. The customer service is top notch! And the owner I believe he was, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. You can tell his appreciation to your arrival is genuine as he remembers every returning customer and takes the time to say hellos and how are yous. It's very impressive and as a customer I greatly respect that! Also, of course the food was amazing. The food was packed with rich flavors and you could tell all the food (shrimp, chicken, lettuce, etc) was fresh!! Very fresh! You can't find a restaurant like this just anywhere and I'm very pleased I now know of them!

Our go-to neighborhood pizza place. It's always good, fast and friendly! They have really good cauliflower crust.

I actually worked her for a couple months back in 2016. Illinois always liked the food and they have great customer service. The people that work here really love their job and it shows. Great food!

Chill spot for lunch. Has very reasonable price. Great lunch deals. We come in for lunch maybe once a month and the service is always great.

Clearly this business is homophonic and the employees are too. **** Original Review **** Visited your Onion Creek location on May 17th and was greeted by a gentlemen sitting in a chair with next to zero customer service skills. I approached the counter with my partner to place an order of wings that are clearly displayed on your website with a date of May 17th as $1 per wing. When I told him I would like to order their $1 wing special he told me that they don't have that special but they have $3 cheese cake tonight. I let Julian know (I asked him name) that the website shows on May 17th that they have $1 wings and he said no it doesn't. I pulled up the website (picture below) and he said that not the website. I went to locations on the home page and it shows Onion Creek. He called the manager and the manager said no. That's 7 years old.The whole time no one apologized... no cared to even look in to my concern... WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE, nO wonder no one was inside dinning.

I wrote a 5* review about a week ago when we ordered a three topping gluten free pizza - that first pizza was EXCELLENT! The crust and base were delicious. We liked it so much we ordered the exact same pizza for dinner tonight but this time we were so disappointed :( our pizza came and the crust was burnt - badly. Not just a little crispy like last week's pizza - burnt. The worst part was, the base itself was raw. I have no idea how that happens but it did. And, our three topping pizza arrived with only one topping. Major disappointment. So, my once enthusiastic 5* Is reduced down to a 3. Maybe you'll get lucky and get a 5* experience and pie, maybe you won't. I wish I could give it 2.5

Great customer service. Except one time we ordered a pizza and it came burnt which was pretty disappointing. The spaghetti and meatballs is not good. We wanted to like this place but have tried it a few times and are just disappointed by the quality and poor flavor.

I usually leave positive reviews whenever companies merit one. I have to be frank - it's about customer service... is it not even an option to expect at least decent customer service?? I placed an order for an overpriced pizza. When we went to pick up our order I was told they gave my pizza to someone else. I was dumbfounded and received an apology with minimal explanation. I asked, because of the inconvenience if they could add a little extra toppings. The baker said I don't know.After waiting another 20 minutes I brought my pizza home only to find I paid for an extra large size and was given the wrong pizza size. I called the restaurant and asked for a manager the person on the line said he was. I began to explain what I went through and he interrupted me by calling me another name. He said yeah I didn't know how to reach you. I tried to tell him my order was wrong but he kept interrupting me. I said please let me talk you are not hearing me. He then said if you have a complaint email the owner and he spouted off the email address. I said hold on I didn't ask ... he cut me off and said this isn't going anywhere and HUNG UP on Me!I called back and he picked up the phone and hung up AGAIN!!! Seriously??? Is this what we have to get used to- overpriced food that is underwhelming with a side of incompetence?! Never again! No wonder your location had no customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Got the wrong pizza and on top of that had a ROACH with wings on it. called manager to get reimbursed and they would not reimburse me. Stay away from this place. Too bad I had to give them one star if I could give them zero I would.
