I got a half sweet vanilla latte and it didn't even taste reminiscent of espresso. Tasted like a vanilla steamer (I'm from Portland and lowered my expectations for this so keep that in mind). But I'm really writing a review about experience. maybe the person working was having an off day or it was cold outside and she didn't want to open the window, but it was not a friendly experience by any stretch of the mean. When I walked up she didn't even open the window and see if I had any questions which I had a few because I'm from out of town and when I did ask, questions seemed bothered that I was asking.I'll give benefit of the doubt and give two stars rather than one.

Cookie Rich and Goldy's are twin enterprises in the same trailer run by the same people.Cookie Rich is the cookie operation.Goldy's is the coffee and breakfast operation.Goldy's is great.Cookie Rich not so much.* * *Cookie Rich does one kind of cookie - with many variations on flavor but not format. They take a French Macaron and put a giant load of creme between the two halves. The cookie looks like it will be a mess to eat because there is way more creme than cookie. But the creme is firm and it stays where it belongs. The cookie has a tiny footprint but is very high ...So you have to open your jaw wide to fit it in.The tall narrow format makes the cookie not at all fun to eat.You have to work to get the cookie in and down.If you actually like the cookie, there is not much, so it is a fleeting pleasure. If you don't like the cookie, that is good ... because there is not much cookie to dislike.* * *I had a carrot cake and cream cheese version.I love carrot cake and cream cheese in general. This particular version did not taste like much.Worse - there was some sort of ingredient that left a bad taste in my mouth a few minutes later?Artificial flavor? Maybe. And did I mention that they charge a lot for these macarons?* * *So my Cookie Rich cookie was hard to eat, small, expensive and didn't taste good.Everything else about the cookie was great!

I don't eat too many sweets normally, but am always willing to try anything unique. We came here for some breakfast and coffee, but I decided to order some cookies as well. I got a 4-pack of a variety of flavors. These are a bit pricey for their size, and have the flavor of cookies but is more really like a cake ball sandwiched with frosting in the middle. Very dense, only requires 2 bites to finish each one. Very tasty, the red velvet flavor stood out to me, but I always enjoy red velvet anything. These were very unique and would be great as a present, but I can't imagine myself regularly eating these due to the dense sweetness of these and also the cost.

This place was jammin for a Sunday mid morning...the wait was around 30 minutes and we were there for one thing....cookies. Over all the set up is cool...great place to bring the kiddos since they have a small play are, covered seating (for shade, not rain)....The cookies themselves are really cool looking, and pretty dang good...they seam more cakey then cookie, still made for a great bite...but the price is tuff to swallow...12 cookies for $39 is pretty far fetched...I personally bake cookies 2-3 times a month to keep coworkers diets in check, so I know the cost of ingredients...they definitely have money tied up in packaging as its the most unique we will probably ever see...of course the GD loved them. They would make for a excellent special occasion gift for that special someone/event. We are glad we tried them, and will be back to try the coffee and settle for a 4 pack as a personal treat.

SO CUTE!!! Like little cookie robots! Fudgey goodness with my Hazelnut almond milk cappuccino while it RAINS for the first time in ages. Don't worry, they have cute little umbrellas for that! And all the pumpkin spice to warm your soul!

We stopped by after a walk along shoal creek, because why not undo all our exercise with some cookies! We tried a key lime pie cookie, birthday cookie, and a snicker doodle milkshake. While the cookies were very good and made in a unique shape, I'm not sure it's worth the price to me unless maybe as a gift. The milkshake, however, was delicious. Even though the size was rather small it was a perfect amount and really hit the spot on a hot day! Definitely would come back to try different flavors.

Maybe I caught them on an off day, but service wasn't that great. I think the cookies are quite pricy for a tiny little cookie sandwich and didn't feel like the cookie itself blew me away in anyway. Perhaps it's because I got a seasonal cookie and not one that is standard tried and true. The coffee however was quite good, but again very pricy for the tiny cup that I was given. I would probably get coffee again if I needed it and was there for other reasons (like Veracruz next door), but I wouldn't actively seek it.

The only thing that is keeping this place from getting 5 stars is the price of the cookies. $36 for 12 minute cookie sandwiches?! A bit ridiculous in my book, especially since they don't have a storefront and are run out of essentially a trailer. I think a lot of the money must go into the presentation and boxes because that was one of the nicest boxes that I've ever seen cookies packaged in.Now, that being said, I find the products here both visually and culinarily pleasing. It's such a fun concept and they are completely adorable. My nieces both loved how they were their size and loved the flavors as well. For me (a large man) each cookie was about three small bites, if only to savor them and slow myself down from devouring the entire box in one sitting. The cookies are fluffy and seem more like cakes but that does not do any harm. My favorite flavors were the Turtle and Bourbon Buttercream, Toasted Coconut and Salted Caramel, and Chocolate and Chocolate Cherry, though the be honest, there was not a bad sandwich in the bunch! Definitely give Cookie Rich a try!

I've been ordering cookies from here since the beginning of pandemic. They now have a food truck off Lamar (opposite of pease park) where you can pick up these rich cookies or via the delivery apps. These are not your traditional cookies They are very rich and soft and I eat them like Oreo cookies eating each half separately and the eating the delicious filling in the center. If you want to try these cookies out get the 4 pack sampler. Then go big with a dozen. The packaging is also very nice.
