A James Beard Award semi-finalist taco truck, I had to check out this taco truck that is located at Celis Brewery. Currently in December 2024 it is ONLY open on weekend (see photo below with hours) as I am sure it causes confusion. As a vegetarian, I was excited to have options for me to be able to eat. Bear in mind I spent 15 years in LA and am extremely picky about tacos - I want the whole shebang handmade tortillas, spicy salsa. I maybe a vegetarian, but I still want to enjoy some great tacos! The taco I had was the squash taco (titled calabaza tatemada) and the cactus quesadilla (quesadilla de nopal). For the squash taco, I really enjoyed the texture of the peanut matcha salsa and did not find it spicy at all. The taco itself was definitely homemade, soft and warm. The taco price was a little high for me (remember in LA I can get tacos for $1.50), but it was delicious. I then did add their green salsa and MAN that packs a punch. Their red salsa is more smoky so not spicy for me.Their cactus quesadilla was a decently very big portion, so definitely filling for one person. The cactus was nice and grilled and I was impressed by the cook of it - a lot of times cactus can be very slimy but they way they cooked it wasn't slimy at all. It also had a lot of cheese, but not so much that it overwhelmed the cactus. My husband loved bistec taco and was impressed. They accept card!Be aware that their page beepers sometimes doesn't work if you go to the inside area of the bar, so if you don't hear the buzz go and check to see if they are done.Reason for 1 star deduction is the higher price of tacos - I think $3/$4 would be more appropriate.

I am not a member of the Con Todo fan club. The taco fillings themselves are interesting. Not legendary but respectable enough. The fillings are more complex and innovative than what is served in many taco trucks.Although to be fair to the Mom and Pop places up and down North Lamar and Route 812, those trucks may not be innovative - but they are sure tasty enough. There is a lot of fine Mexican food in this town, in brick and mortar and truck alike. What is the downside?Terrible salsas.I had both the green and the red. Both were unpleasant and both totally drowned out the taco that was underneath them. The "original fillings" with no sauce on them were middle of the pack in terms of how much I liked them. With the salsas, they were barely edible. It wasn't just a matter of heat - although both salsas commanded serious heat respect. It was the fact that the underlying sauces just did not taste good. For the record, one taco I had was a chicken mole taco. That one - obviously - had mole sauce. The mole sauce was pretty boring.Other people love this place.Undoubtedly proximity to good beer and to a wonderful beer garden puts diners in a good mood. But if I ever came back to Celis, the pizza truck and the fried chicken truck are calling my name.

Went here recently with a friend to try some tacos. They are located outside of the beer garden at Celis Brewing. There is also a side parking lot where all the food trucks are if you don't want to go to the brewery next door. But it can be a little confusing to find if you are not sure where to look.I got two of their tacos and a quesadilla by accident. All were very tasty and fresh. They will give you a beeper to take with you while you wait but heads up it won't work in brewery itself just the beer garden.Team there was super nice and overall I really enjoyed the vibes, 10/10 will come again!

Great food!Love Con Todo! Came to this truck because my partner wanted to try it. We drove 20+ miles to come on a random saturday morning and we were not disappointed. The serving sizes are great for a small truck. I've tried just about everything on the menu so far since my first visit and have yet to be disappointed. A MUST try.

Very long wait for pitiful small tacos. I ordered alambre and got disappointed. There were very few chopped onions and cilantro, and all the beef was overcooked. And I mean like burnt. Yes, they are grilled style, but I was not expecting burnt ends and bits. The temperature was perfect, the sauces were both hot, and the tortilla was nice. My friends' tacos looked ok, so I am not sure why I got such lousy quality tacos. If I wanted beef jerky, I would have gone somewhere else. I'm not planning on coming back.

Was confused by the orange truck and no signage otherwise but glad we got to check out Con Todo. As with most places Austin, tortillas are fresh and so soft. Couldn't try their chorizo bc they had sold out by Saturday afternoon but everything was good, fresh, flavorful. Would be happy to come back!

Yummy yummy! My bf got the bistec & pirata and I got the nopales tostada and calabaza taco. He liked the flavors of the bistec taco. Out of the two my favorite was the calabaza taco, the squash was a little undercooked for my liking but the taco itself with the homemade tortilla had a bit of a kick which made it delicious! The salsa verde and salsa macha were also spicy so definitely be careful if are not into spicy foods.

Food was good but they need to figure out wait times. It took almost an hour on a nondescript Saturday to get a taco and a quesadilla.
