Community Pizza & Beer Garden

We stopped here for lunch after walking around downtown/main st. Pizza was great and beer selection was amazing. Pizza sauce had tons of flavor and crust was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend this place for anyone that loves a simple slice and a cold beer. Also highly recommend the calamari to start.

After a friend recommended this spot we had to try it out on our recent trip to Wemberley. Let's start with what I enjoyed!Our service was OUTSTANDING. We had Sam D and he did a great job taking care of us. He was attentive and helped with quick service and friendliness. I'll add that this place has a great atmosphere. It's casual and you can see the really cool pizza oven behind some glass walls. I also appreciated the large selection of beer on tap. I also enjoyed the cheesy salad.My main reason for 3 stars is the lackluster pizza. This place had been pretty hyped up but the pizza was really disappointing. The crust was good but the actual dough was thin and wet. It wasn't thick enough to hold the toppings so they just kinda flopped off. There was no crunch or texture, just wet dough. There wasn't enough sauce (personal opinion) and the sauce itself lacked flavor. I think the toppings were also more salt than flavor (I know I got a pepperoni pizza, don't roast me). I was hoping for some spice and some crispy pepperonis but they also ended up being wet and underdone. The cheese ratio was also super high compared to the rest of the elements.Maybe this is the style some people love, just not for me. Still a great staff and atmosphere!

We had 2 pizzas and 2 salads + 1 non alcoholic drink. ($80+tip)The tomato sauce is pretty bland, but very tomato-y. Minimal toppings and they were pretty standard. Made the mistake of ordering 2 salads; OK, but they're huge (serves 4)! Caesar was 98% lettuce (fresh), with very little cheese or croutons and only 4 anchovies.Good service, nice server.OK, but not outstanding.

$25 for a tiny pizza. Ate 3 slices and walked away still hungry... I felt like I ate a snack as opposed to a $25 dinner. We tried to order the meatballs as an appetizer but unfortunately they were not serving them despite them being shown on the menu. I might have gotten full off of the 3 slices if we had an appetizer. We paid for extra cheese but we received a normal amount of cheese. Also, the crust is extremely thin. That being said, the flavor of the pizza was pretty good and the vibe of the restaurant was cute. Our waitress was a very sweet girl.

Pizza was suburb. 5*Meatballs were delicious 4*Drinks were eh. I got the spiced seasonal with reposado. Didn't like it. Didn't finish it. Waiter never asked how it was and I was too tired to deal with returning it.Chopped caprese salad was ok. So much lettuce. Not what I'm used to for a "chopped salad". Also, it's served in a huge bowl with no bowls to split or tongs to serve. Service was ok. It was hard to tell if it was our servers first job or he was just real laid back. He was friendly enough and did an ok job despite constantly trying to clear our table. Like while my friend was actually eating, asked if he could take something that we were done with. On multiple occasions. I'd return based on the pizza alone and maybe try a different salad and skip drinks altogether.

We rolled in today at 11:30 to commune and imbibe. There was plenty of indoor and outside seating. Cute, funky, clean. We started outside but the sun moved enough and we moved inside without a hitch or protest by the kind staff. We ordered three pizzas and a pasta with beers, wine and iced tea. Everything came our great! Fresh, tasty and well prepared. Luv this local Wimberley spot!

Delish! I absolutely loved the salad although I wish it was available in a smaller portion. The pizza was great. Fun atmosphere and nice service. Great spot for families and friends alike.

Let me start by saying that my wife and I eat a LOT of pizza. We do pizza every Friday and make it a point to get some beer and pizza whenever we get outside of Austin. As we strolled through Wimberley for Valentine's Day weekend, we saw this cute little spot. It was a cold day, so we didn't want to sit outside but hope to come back in better weather since it's got a great ambiance. While we waited for our table inside, we sat in the adirondacks around a warm fire.The host was so lovely and took great care of us and the inside was wonderful as well. While it was dark, there were some really nice slots of light coming in with nice plants throughout. They had an amazing beer list and FANTASTIC pizza. We can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed the chorizo bolognese pasta and blanco margherita pizza. They were both delicious. This is our third time returning here and no matter what we order we have never been disappointed.Each time we have ordered the same pizza. It is awesome. The crust is perfect and ingredients are all fresh. I highly recommend the place. Staff is friendly.

One of my favorite spots on the main drag. We have come before and it's our go to now. The favors are cool and funky. Since the pizzas are wood fired they come out quickly and blazing hot. A maybe 10 inch pizza costa about $18. Which can be on the high side.They also have one of the coolest play areas I have ever seen.
