Chris' Liquor Westgate

Was going to store right next door to this liquor store as soon as I parked he came out talking about the parking spot which does not belong specifically to his store it is in a little shopping g center

Great neighborhood liquor store. The ladies that work here are fabulous and will remember your name if you're a regular. Great customer service. The manger is also a super friendly guy. They carry all the essentials: beer, wine and all liquor needs.

This is the worst liquor store in Austin. If you are a woman, I especially advise going elsewhere. I have gone to this place several times because of its proximity to my home but I would much rather drink dirty puddle water than deal with the scum who works there. There have been multiple instances where the men working here have commented on what I'm wearing/how I look. In another instance the person behind the counter has made disgusting, racist remarks about what their minority customers often buy. Additionally, the staff is often shouting and being inappropriate with one another. Please don't give this place your money.

A very nice shopping experience! The Lady on staff was very helpful and she even gave me a dollar out of her tip jar when she realized she'd overcharged me, I told her not to worry but she insisted. An upbeat local store with great service and a nice selection of beer and liquor, I'll definitely be coming back.

Rude. I called to ask if a certain item was in stock & the girl who answered the phone spoke so fast that I wasn't sure if I had called the right place. So I asked for the item & she hurriedly says, "Yeah, I think we have one left." So I ask if she would check - why would I waste my time going if you "think" you have one.. anyway. She gets back on the line and says they have 1 and when I ask for the price she literally sighed VERY loudly into the phone. Seriously?? Isn't this your job?! Specs might be out of my way but I found what I was looking for there & with excellent customer service. To the rude chick at Chris' - take notes from Specs. Your people skills need some help.

First time here and we're visiting from SoCal. Great customer service, got to sample some of the gin and tequila. Has a nice upbeat atmosphere, would highly recommend.

This location has a great selection of high quality, low-priced brands! Try the Hacienda de Tepa tequila + Titanium Vodka. Very nice, friendly staff. They know their customers!

Awful service.Stopped in and picked up a bottle of Champs.The tag on the shelf said $79.00 and the sticker on the bottle said $79.00Put the bottle on the counter to check out and the female clerk took the tag off right in front of me and charged me $82.00 Total with tax $90.00I asked why and with attitude and a role if her eyes explains...Texas tax a a fee for using a card. I tell her it isn't a cc but a debt. card. Her reply...doesn't matter what kind of card. There is a card fee!Whatever! And I left never to return!
