EVERYTHING!!!! Food, drinks, service! Ambiance, sports bar Nice! The DRINKS THO! Parking their water was even good have to be filtered! Restaurant is clean and nice atmosphere!!!!! I'm a Hutto local and the wifey both enjoyed this impromptu lunch date. This was a GEAUX!!!!! Queso Birria are and our waitress IS cool as heck!!! Her name is Luz!

Went for Sunday lunch after church. The decor is really classy and seems upscale. It's certainly different style from most of the local Mexican food joints in the area. They were very accommodating to large groups. The menu here is extensive. Rest assured you will find all the standard Mexican fare but likely also find some unique items as well. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. My son said his enchiladas were great. I tried a bite of the chicken tarasco - very tender chicken and tasty cream sauce. I had the Jalisco wings - sometimes known as white wings, not as spicy as I was expecting but I liked the fact that they put the Buffalo sauce on the side. These were quite good. Service was good and we enjoyed our meal here. Next time I trying that Aztec platter - saw several folks getting it and it looks fantastic, as did the flautas.

Visited Casa Jalisco several times recently and every visit just gets better. The dining room is spacious and comfortable with its relaxed atmosphere. The huge bar is a nice place to hang out but the food will keep you coming back. They have the best shrimp ceviche around with its bright citrus balanced by a nice palette of spices. My favorite dish is the Aztec Plate with grilled skirt steak accompanied by a roasted poblano pepper, grilled veggies and a delicious pickled onion relish. Service is super friendly and the managers do come around to make sure your meal experience was great. Highly recommended.

First time trying and wow were we pleasantly impressed. Decor is upscale but they have happy hours along with an extensive menu. We had camarones Diabla, toastas an I ordered chili relleno with shredded chicken and asked for it to have the Diabla sauce as well. One of the best I've had!Casa Jalisco is new to Hutto and definitely a repeater for us!Oscar T was our server and he did a great job.

My wife and came here for a dinner date. The wait was an hour long unfortunately when we arrived. While we were checking in we did run into some language barriers. The hostess spoke pure Spanish. However, she did get someone who spoke English to translate when we were asking if the bar was open seating. Thankfully it was.Eating the bar proved the an exceptional experience with the food and drinks. Quite honestly, it was way better than waiting for an hour. After sitting at the bar we ordered our food and drinks. Every was ready to go within 15 minutes of placing our order.I ordered the Steak Ranchero and it was so delicious! The meat was very tender. It wasn't hard to chew at all. The beans and rice were a perfect addition and the whole plate was well portioned.My wife ordered the tilapia plate. Her plate was gone by the time I asked her how the meal was. Again the portion sizing is just right! Not too much and not too little.The alcoholic beverages were on point and definitely gave you that great feeling of tasty drink.Parking can be a pain when it's busy, but definitely people are coming in and out of here so it was pretty easy to find parking.They have a huge back patio, at the time came it look like it was reserved for a private party. It looked overall fun because out back they have corn hole and other things to keep adults and kids entertained.

I'm a vegetarian, and my options here were very limited. I ordered the veggie quesadillas, which were supposed to be my choice of spinach or mushrooms. I asked for both. It turned out they had neither. The waiter told me they were out of mushrooms and asked if I'd like carrots or any other vegetables in my quesadilla. I said no thank you. Everyone else's order came out. 10-15 minutes after everyone else at my table got their food, I got my quesadillas. They were filled with broccoli and other vegetables that were not listed ANYWHERE on the menu. They were not AT ALL what I expected. I think they must have taken these veggies out of some employee's lunch. An hour or 2 after lunch, I had some SERIOUS digestive issues. I WILL NEVER go back there again!!!

Tried this place for the first time today for lunch!!! I was blown away with how good the food was. I was pleasantly surprised with everything tasting good (rice, beans, enchilada, and tostada). Mmm!! Casa Jalisco: Thank you for blessing Hutto with a great sit down restaurant with great food. This is something that Hutto was missing!

Love the patio and bar areas. Lots of TVs and they have live music events. Free chips and salsa is always a must for any good Mexican restaurant. Servings are pretty big. Overall good and pretty good. Service is a little slow, but I think it's because everyone is still new.

Casa Jalisco is one of our new restaurants in Hutto, I've been here twice. I stopped in for a quick breakfast and then I came by for dinner with my wife. It's a very nice location, the dining area is a good size, the bar is large and looks like nice place to have drinks. There is also outside seating. First the breakfast burrito, I ordered the combination burrito and along with the salsa provided it was delicious. I wasn't expecting a lot, I thought being a new place I'd try the option I could gauge the quality. It really was delicious, my friend ordered the big breakfast with eggs, pancakes, bacon and toast, he said everything was perfect. For dinner my wife and I shared the carne asada dinner plate. The steak was so tender and tasty. The rice and beans were perfect and made for a meal we both left full. The waitress was attentive and completed an over all nice dinner experience. Reading the other reviews it looks like this local business may have had a few new business hiccups. My experience was money well spent and we'll be back for their HH and or try their lunch specials.

Great food, great service, and a total vibe. Great for a date night. Love how they have special drinks for holidays.
