Love this new location! I've been going to the OG for years & they are my favorite Mexican restaurant in the whole world! The food is soo delish like your family recipe always consistent, you get free chips & salsa that is to die for. Sandra was my server she was super kind & attentive to detail as I'm a bit of a picky eater I like to exclude some typical toppings. Everything was perfect & came out fast as well, lovely location closer to us now very clean & organized layout with beautiful paintings to look at while you converse with your guest.

Years ago, my husband and I lived near by and we were regulars (we loved the variety of migas and tacos). So, when traveling through I stopped in for breakfast this morning. The restaurant was packed with a 25 minute wait for an indoor table, so I opted to sit on the patio and was seated right away. I ordered the migas with carne gasada on the side with queso and ranchero sauce. The food took a while to arrive, but I wasn't in a huge hurry so it was fine. When the food arrived it looked great and was hot, but I didn't realize there was no ranchero sauce until the server left. I waved at a server quickly walking by and asked for ranchero sauce and then waited, then I asked another server for the same item because I wanted it to go with my migas, so I slowly ate while I waited. Again, I saw the first server I asked zip by and on her way back in the building I asked her nicely if the ranchero sauce was coming. She smiled and said yes, just a minute. So I continued to wait and slowly eat my food. The couple next to me asked, "your server hasn't come back to check on you have they." I said no and explained the situation and how many times I had asked for the ranchero sauce. It was already frustrating, so when I saw another server, I asked for the manager. He came out quickly, I explained the situation and he offered to get me the sauce I had asked for four separate times. When he delivered it he asked if I needed anything else and I asked for a to go box because my food was no longer warm. I now live over an hour away, so the food quality was not the same by the time I got home. The whole situation was incredibly disappointing. I will not attempt to return on a busy weekend and I may never return. No one seemed to care about the overall experience and I couldn't get any server to care about someone who wasn't tipping them directly. I wished the couple next to me a wonderful day and hoped their food came out sometime soon and was accurate.

Last review 2018. Not a regular diner but here's a recent dining update. They are busy for a reason. I've only had it a few times but the Breakfast Enchiladas with sunny side up eggs is killer. Think I've had the Mole and Migas too. For this day I took Rooster for a driving lesson at nearby Harris Hill Raceway. I decided as we were leaving chips and salsa was needed and headed to Kyle. Thirty minute wait for the dining area and patio but plenty of barstools open. Bartender was slammed but provided decent service. My biggest problem was the kitchen for this visit. We sat down and ordered; more barstools started filling up. A couple to our right. Another couple to the left. All their food arrived; we're still sitting there snacking. Bartender said my kids pork chop plate takes more time. We're talking barely 1/4 inch chops but he's acting like there's a sous vide machine and it's a foot thick. Truth be told the kitchen was in the weeds pushing out entrees for the 30 top on the patio. Those other couples were done eating when we finally got our food. Kiddo ate his chops with grilled tomatoes, onions, and green peppers. He gets Charro beans????? OMG, to sub charro on other plates is now $2.95!?!?!My three enchilada plate (forgot the menu name) wasn't that great. That same Chili con Carne with Cheese Enchilada wasn't as spectacular when it's nestled against the Chicken and Tomatillo.The other Enchilada was strange. White Cheese with basically a Sour Cream Sauce was tangy yet had no counterpoint. Even added Pico and Guacamole to no avail. Requisite Refried Beans and Rice are fine.

I have some Mixed reviews here. I'll break it down. The decor and ambiance looks appealing with its Mexican theme. This restaurant is located in the corner of a strip mall and is very large. It can accommodate large parties indoors and outdoors. The service? We had very little wait time before getting seated, considering we came during the busy Sunday brunch time. The server took our order in an timely manner. The food... It took a very long time to arrive. The portion sizes were large and looked appetizing. Those dishes from other customers around us did too. The taste however, is a different story. The menudo was not good at all. The migas did taste good. My omelette was okay. Will we come back? Perhaps after exhausting all the other local restaurant choices. This won't be our first choice.

I have frequented this Casa Garcia's for the last several years. I eat it at least 2-3 times a month. With that being said, I ate there on Saturday and was highly disappointed. The size of the flour tortillas shrunk to that of street tacos. All 3 of my tacos were miniature with very little filling inside. One of the tacos was a bean and bacon. It was literally a small scope of beans in the middle of the tiny tortilla. I requested a strip of bacon instead of bacon crumbles. I paid an additional $1 for that change. I don't mind doing that but paying $4 for the taco they served was insane. The chicken fajita taco had 4 small pieces of meat. Not worth the cost of $4 for that either. I hope it was just an off day for their sake or they are going to start losing customers quickly.

I ordered a chimicanga plate asked for it to be a bit crunchy. It came out barely warm and really mushy. It was 80 % rice. When my partner finished my plate all the beef was at the end of the "burrito " but so soupy. The side was rice also. I've ordered this before with a nice dinner. Very disappointed as the waitress didn't seem concerned. Rice is so cheap??? No too happy after a long day at work and looking forward to a relaxing meal. BUT the frozen margarita was fantastic. We come here twice a month at least. Sad...

On arrival greeted with a wonderful smile from Bar staff. We ordered our Beer and the Chips and salsa came out, free of charge and all you want. Watching some football today at the bar and hubby or these shredded chicken nachos that were wonderful and plenty of everything. I have been here a few times so I wanted to add that the margaritas are amazing as is the Bloody Mary. We always like to visit here for our Mexican food. Always spot on treatment even if you sit at a table with family they have amazing service And the Ambiance is incredible.

Love the food here! They are ALWAYS busy, which is annoying but a good sign. They do seat you fairly quickly though. Staff is attentive and kind. Atmosphere is comfortable and I always feel at home eating here.
