Cabo Bob's Burritos

Really been excited to try Cabo Bob's and I am glad I did! It's kinda like a local ATX style Chipotle, but with a ton of menu flexibility and different burritos and combos. Good soda too. I really like the vibe and I had a burrito bowl which I thought very good. The rice was ehh, and maybe that's because I went brown rice. Only other comment I'd say is although i really did like the decor, I felt they can do a better job keeping it clean and tidy.I will def return because it's so fun, good food, and so many different things I want to try! Hopefully they work a couple of those kinks out. The people who work there were very nice.

I've visited Cabo Bob's Burrito twice since they opened this location. On my first visit, I had the fish tacos--absolutely delicious and super generous portions! It's easily two meals for the price of one, so plan for leftovers. The guacamole was fresh and flavorful, and the queso was a great addition.On my second visit, I tried the veggie burrito. While it was mostly good, I made the mistake of adding grilled onions. They were so pungent that they overpowered the other flavors, which was disappointing.Overall, Cabo Bob's offers tasty food with generous portions, and I'll definitely be back to try more options.

Food- 3.5 stars. Good but not the best Cabo Bo's. After 3 visits, it's consistently served dry fish, which the other locations do not. Service- 4 stars. Good counter service. Ambiance- 3.5 stars for what it is but restaurant workers always seem to take up the entire table on far left wall and leave it filthy with food all over when they return from their break! Customers clean up after themselves better! Otherwise would be 4 stars because it's a cool theme

Came to Cabo Bobs for dinner with my colleague for a casual evening. The place was quite busy and with good reason. I believe this is the first place I have seen which makes the tortilla right in front of you . The combined with the home made goodness fresh factor really sets Cabo's apart . We both ordered chicken burritos with chips, queso and guac. Everything was excellent paired with great service making it a must visit ! Gracias

10/10 This place blew us away!!!So in the surface this place looks like a slight variation of Chipotle and I guess in some ways that is true BUT the taste of the food is 1 BILLION TIMES BETTER The line moves fast, the staff was so nice, and the seating was plenty and comfortable Ok the Food that's why you read reviews right? Well we read reviews and checked the pics before hand and expected it would be good but that is a serious understatement. My son had the grilled chicken and you would have thought he was eating crack cocaine by his reaction. He wanted MORE, MORE, MORE and mommy and daddy felt the same. We both got some type of fried fish burritos customized to our taste with different burrito wraps and wow we both just kept saying WoW this is delicious. We also got a small chips with guac and a small chips with queso. We loved both but both agreed the guac was the winner. And also both agreed one small chip order next time because we were beyond stuffed. I would have took pictures of the food but to be honest the food doesn't look fancy or special. Just know the portions are gigantic, the prices are low, they make their own soda with cane sugar, plenty of delicious sauces/ salsas to choose from. Ohhhh yes we will be back whenever we are in the area. And can not recommended this place highly enough. Out of 5 Stars we give it 10 Stars

I placed a pickup order and for the price of the food you get a lot, which is great! It kept me full for hours. I got a chicken quesadilla and honestly they were very stingy with how much meat they put on. I got rice, which I thought would be on the side but they put it inside. It was mostly just rice and tortilla that I felt like I was eating. I would make sure next time it was on the side. The chips and queso were really good. I was parked at curbside waiting for my order to come out for 10 minutes and no one came, so I went inside and it was sitting right there and no one wanted to bring it outside.

Ordered fish tacos to go...Sad sorry mess! Couldn't pick up taco as tortilla turned into a wet slimely inedible lump with the "crispy" fish just soggy and wet. All three tacos were overly wet and not good. Salsas ordered on side of tacos was not packed so side of chips ordered was for naught. So hungry and so so disappointed. Last time they'll be getting my money...big pass

This is a beautiful establishment. Cabo Bobs deserves a Michelin Star. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!The food is amazing, service is fast, and they don't scam you with small portions. Chipotle has nothing on Cabo Bobs - Cabo Bobs is superior

Great tasting food and good vibe. I will certainly come back to eat when I'm in Austin
