"My favorite go to place for a quick lunch. Love the Peanut Butter smoothie!! The owner was my neighbor in south Austin and peddled his soup on a bicycle. The menu is extensive featuring soups and salads. Staff is always great. Don't be surprised if there's a line out the door Saturday morning. Best time to go is around 11:00 am."

"So they have a meal and drink combo going right now for $13!!You get any chicken entree, with fries and a drink of choice. What an amazing deal. I'd be here everyday if I didn't have adult responsibilities. The original chicken is crispy and seasoned to perfection. These fries are delicious and you already know, the drinks are phenomenal. They even have taiyaki on the menu now! Can't wait to come back and eat everything on the menu."

"Came specifically because we were craving strawberries with cream. The crema was delicious with berry clearly mixed in, and the strawberries were great too, even though I don't think we are in strawberry season. Got the large and it was indeed extremely filling. Next time must try the other fruit option too because they all look spectacular. The savory food was a big pleasant surprise as we didn't come initially for the savory dishes. The tacos were massive and they were very generous on the meat. The burrito was also huge, served grilled and hot with oozy cheese. They definitely don't cut corners here. Meat itself was also above average, although not as good compared to placed that specialise in only doing a couple types of meat. It's a new all-in-one stop for me!"

"Heard many great things about Prana, so I decided to come here with a friend. The place was so lovely in person. We ordered an ice peach tea and yogurt drink (not pictured). Although it was midday in the heat, the sprinklers and big shared umbrellas really helped cooled us down. We stayed for quite a bit as it felt very comfortable and relaxing. Kate, the owner then dropped by with scones on the house for us. It tasted delicious! Overall, I really think this place is wonderful for a morning or afternoon drop by with friends. The light pink ambience and the touches to it makes it great for instagram shots, but it also is a chill place to gather with friends and enjoy refreshing, organic drinks. We will be back!"

"I finally gave this place a try and ordered the mango tango smoothie and a chicken salad sandwich. The food tasted great- ingredients were fresh and light but a little heavy on the mustard for me. I might ask for light mustard next time. My smoothie flavor was good but it was too overblended- frothy like if that makes sense.Other than that I'm definitely going to make another visit to try the other items!"

I love the little kick cayenne pepper adds to Dancing Bear and the eucalyptus flavor that the cardamom brings into Golden Ticket, so I would recommend trying these two if you are looking for something sweet and fun to drink.The juice bar decor is also captivating! Unfortunately the espresso Martini fell a little short for me because it was bitter and didn't have enough sweetness that I'm used to. The iced vanilla maca was OK. It just had a weird flavor profile that I guess I'm not used to. It was definitely one of the more expensive brunches I've had. I liked that they were health conscious and nothing was greasy or heavy. Definitely give the chilaquiles a try!"

"I'm a big fan of Tropical Smoothie. This TSC is tucked into the triangle. I have their rewards app downloaded. Yesterday was National Smoothie Day. I received a reward for a free smoothie with the purchase of a food item. I ordered online to pick up in store. I had the turkey bacon ranch sandwich with a Bahama Mama smoothie.The turkey bacon ranch was excellent. Served on ciabatta bread, had the perfect amount of turkey, bacon, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and thin spread ranch dressing (in other words perfect amount so as not to drip out of the sandwich). I had baked layes potato chips on the side. The Bahama Mama is a sweet treat- I subbed dark chocolate for white chocolate. All of their smoothies are fruit based- do not contain milk (nut or dairy) and can be ordered with out sweetener (turbinado), half sweet or artificial sweetener.Staff was nice and the place was busy for a Friday night. I decided to eat there because I like the vibe."

"The Mamma Melon food truck is sometimes set up in my Central East neighborhood (at Nice & Clean carwash).They serve a variety of hotdogs, brisket, tacos, etc.The Classic hotdog comes with tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I order it with tomato and onion only, add queso.What a glorious combination! And it's a pretty thick weenie making it easy to fill up on.My boyfriend raves about the Birria Ramen. I've had several tastes of it and HOLY POO IS IT YUMMY! (ok I basically take it away from him) I can't help myself, when he gives me tastes of it I can't stop slurping it down. "The quality of food here is top notch. It's a good go-to when I'm not feeling well or when my husband is on a bland diet for his stomach issues. It is anything but bland, but quality comfort food. A love the green apple and Munster grilled cheese and pretty much all of their soups. My only beef is that they took away their cheaper side salads that my husband and I liked to get. The ones they have mostly have a protein and are more pricey. I get it, salads are hard to keep if they're not moving, but that's the thing that keeps soup peddler from perfection in my mind. Also, great cold brew for a great price."

"Before my first visit to Austin last week, I had never had a breakfast taco in my life. I had heard of them, but was always a burrito gal myself. By the end of my trip, I was fully converted. I walked past Veracruz a few times during my stay, and on the last morning, it just felt right to go in. I'm so happy I did. The super cute menu on the wall grabbed my attention as a graphic designer... very nice touch. The woman who took my order was very sweet and welcoming. I wish I knew her name so I could give her a shoutout. I wasn't sure what to order, but went with my gut. I decided on the Migas and El Tradicional, both on corn tortillas, and a watermelon Agua Fresca. Turns out, I made the right choice. I took one of each of the salsas, used them all and loved all three. I was impressed with everything I ordered. The Migas was my favorite of the two tacos because the crunch inside gave it something extra special, but both were delicious. The watermelon Agua Fresca hit the spot as well. Loved that it was so large because hydration is life!Another perk is that you can walk through the lobby while waiting for your order and pick up a coffee from Alfred. Super convenient! I also loved eating outside, watching people walk by on a beautiful morning.I will be frequenting Veracruz when I return to Austin. Yes, I'm now moving here, and I'm not going to deny that breakfast tacos were involved in my decision to make Texas my new home."

And even though every area in San Antonio is overflowing with good Mexican restaurants, Austin has them too but you have to seek them out.I think this food truck moves around, but we found it at the Fetch food truck park in the Bee Caves area.We got the Parrillada Norteña Mix. It was superb. It comes with a bunch of different meats and rather than just describe each to you, let me just say that even the sausage was excellent. All the meats in the combo all have that lovely grilled flavor and each one has its own seasoning or spices. Just writing this review is making me hungry for it again.Plus fresh tortillas and even the side of beans was loaded with meat and delicious. I'm looking forward to coming back!"

The classic flavors (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, red velvet, etc) are available every day, but they also have a few specialty flavors offered each day and even rotating seasonal options....keeps me coming back so I can try everything! :D I have never been disappointed in a flavor and some have blown me away. The fact that they have mini-cupcakes really makes it for me since I can try more flavors and I really don't want to eat whole regular sized cupcake. Also - their prices are super reasonable. A+ in my book - welcome to the neighborhood Cupprimo!"
