"My friend and I had dinner nearby and decided to get our dessert from The Salty Donut afterwards--great idea! We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and was greeted right away. I was pleasantly surprised they still had a good selection of donuts. The Salty Donut offers a fun variety of donuts such as horchata, Texas chocolate sheet cake, gingerbread french toast, and more. They also have a coffee bar. I opted for a mix of donut holes as well as a churro dulce de leche donut. I highly recommend getting a mix of the donut holes to try a variety. The churro dulce de leche donut was also fantastic. It had a creamy filling inside that was not overly sweet. The space is warm and inviting. There's ample seating if you prefer to enjoy your donuts and/or coffee inside!"
"Good food, yet a bit pricey for the Club. If had seen the price point for this, may have gotten another option but counter menu didn't have prices displayed. With that in mind, it was flavorful and presented well. The soup was also good. A nice environment to eat and hang out while relaxing. Unique place and look forward to other options that are more aligned with price point."
Tuna, tomato and melted Cheddar on rye. We wouldn't be a credible cafe without these.

"My colleagues and I came here on a Monday evening and I was a bit underwhelmed. The interior was clean and it gave an authentic vibe with great views overlooking the area. We asked our waitress for recommendations and I went with the sausage, brisket, corn on the cob, and a side salad (which was huge and a full sized salad! as a non-Texan). The brisket lacked flavor and the corn on the cob had no seasoning like salt or butter on it at all. We also ordered some wings for the table to share and they were a bit dry. Based on the great reviews we saw on Google, we were a bit underwhelmed by the flavor and didn't find that anything stood out."
"So this is a food truck and they have a cute little outdoor seating area. They were so nice there and you want to recommend. Also very polite they would tell you thank you and you're welcome for anything which I found very appreciative of them.We got a mix of meats. Also, some sides and it came with pickles, jalapeños, and pickled onions, which were phenomenal. In my opinion that they should sell these pickles by the jar. I will say the ribs were delicious the meat which is fall off of the bone. The brisket was so good and they were very thick slices. I have to say the sausage is OK was a little dry for me but the seasonings and it was good. We also got turkey breast. I didn't try it, but my friends said that it was really nice and smoked flavored. As for the sides, we got the mac & cheese, which was really good tasting cheese, but I do feel the mac & cheese needed a little bit more flavor. This street corn was good and very flavorful. Lastly, they do give you barbecue sauce. It was sweet and tangy, which was really good. I am more of a spicy barbecue person. I don't know if they had any since I didn't ask, but that would be my only consideration having a spicy barbecue sauce.I would definitely go again and try one of their sandwiches and other sides as well so definitely if you're in the area I would go check them out because they are really good barbecue."
"If you are looking for a quick easy meal, this place is it! Their fig prosciutto pizza is AMAZING and one of my favorites, but I also love their other pies as well! 10/10 recommend."
"Food was great. Our experience was a little chaotic. Ordered a drink, no bartender at bar... wanted a drink while waiting in line unable to no bartenders. Tried to get a Diet Coke, line was running clear. Staff changed quickly which was nice to see!! Line for food was a good sign, and moved quickly. I ordered a turkey plate with buttered corn and pinto beans. Very good choice on my part. My husband ordered the 3 meat plate which consisted of brisket, 2 ribs and sausage. He chose the al pastor sausage which was lights out. The baked potato salad is a must try and the green beans could've used a little salt. Overall very pleasant experience."
"I've been a fan of Jimmy Vegas for a while now but was super glad to see them participate in the Two Step Inn Music Festival in Georgetown. Their entire menu is lovely and at a music festival, obviously they pared it down. I almost got the Brisket Mac and Cheese which looked creamy and delicious with the quality we've come to appreciate from Jimmy Vega's. Instead I selected a Smoked Turkey Leg and I'm so glad I did. We've all been to fairs and festivals offering smoked turkey legs and what you get is generally dry, flavorless, and more bone than meat. NOT THE CASE HERE! This thing was HUGE. I ended up pulling the meat off the bone and using the foil from the leg end to save it for later in the day. The meat was perfectly moist and tender and oh so much flavor. My only regret was not snapping a photo of this meaty perfection but take my word - it was awesome. The only "complaint" I have was that their smoked bacon was not on the festival menu because let me tell you, that stuff is amazing and I'll definitely make a trip to get some from their restaurant soon. Even after a "less than perfect weather" weekend, the staff working the booth was the same high-caliber I've come to know from their restaurant - the cashiers were friendly and inviting and those working behind the counter looked like a well-oiled machine working in very tight spaces."
"Food was delish!! Portions are super generous too! The flavor was giving and the spice was on point!! I love Indian food and I love spice but I don't like it to over power my food... this spot got it just right!Service was pretty quick for a lunch time stop in... it took just a minute to take my order but it seemed liked the crew may have been catching up as I walked up...For an Indian "street food" stop I think the price point was a little high but it's expected in Austin these days... I didn't mind the $20 bowl, I took plenty home and the food was really good!"

It's been a while since I've visited the Salty Donut. The last time I was at the Salty Donut it was pretty much a trailer where you picked up donuts through the "to go" window. It has evolved to a sir down restaurant with a cool modern vibe. Also the cost of the donuts have also expanded. Sometimes you get what you pay for. The cashier highlighted some of The Salty favorites. I tried two of their favorites... Churro & Dulce de Leche donut and assorted donut holes. Dulce de Leche donut was pure perfection...churros consistency on the exterior and dulce de Leche in the center. OMG...so good. The three types of donut holes were a delight to consume - vanilla brioche donut and two cake donuts...Oreo cake and vanilla glazed chocolate cake. Yummy to the nth degree. Important to note, these donuts did not taste greasy or overly sweet. Also the flavors of the donuts harmonized well together.I also had a latte initially. It was pretty strong so I added a caramel flavoring. The latte was smooth and so satisfying.Overall, my stop at The Salty made my day! Highly recommend The Salty donuts...

I have been to New World Deli a few times and each time my food was hot and fresh. The staff was so friendly. And the crowd for both shows I saw were so polite and attentive. I LOVE their French dip. Even the hoagie it's on is perfect. Not too much bread. I didn't feel like I was still hungry after either. My friends got the hummus sandwich and loved it! Family owned and run. Check it out!

Wife and I both ordered the beef ribs. They were very blackened and tasted ok, not great. Was a little disappointed. Mac n Cheese was also just ok. Wife had beans on the side and they were too dry. Atmosphere was great and the service was very attentive.

Had multiple great experiences here until this evening. My complaint this time is for the food and lack of attention to detail. Meats very dry - almost not edible and surely not enjoyable. Seems as if they've been sitting out under a warmer for quite some time. Ordered and paid for a side of Mac n cheese that never made it in my to go order. I also stood there at the pickup window for a bit while the young kid working inside played on his phone and didn't even notice I was standing there.Had this been my first experience here, I would definitely not return. 3 stars only for the pleasant experiences I've had here previously. Maybe they've gone downhill? Maybe the kids working inside are too preoccupied on their phones?

I ordered their Primo pizza with prosciutto ham, mozzarella cheese, Gorgonzola, and drizzled with fig sauce. (I added mushrooms) it was amazing! The saltiness of the prosciutto ham mixed with the sweetness of the fig sauce was a perfect pairing. It will definitely be ordered again! There's a reason this is #1 on their menu and marked as "Favorite." The service was excellent!

This place has made my Top 10 brisket list in Texas for places you don't have to wait in hour long lines. If you think there is better brisket, bring it by and I will make time in my schedule to taste it and provide a review if it's better. My wife was in Gonzalez for an early morning engagement and on her way back before the Gonzalez BBQ spots opened up. Darn. I told her I wanted to try some BBQ in the area. She said to see what was on the way back and I saw Schulze's Pit Room in Seguin. I had never heard of it, but it got great reviews. So she stopped in and picked up some brisket, brats, and sausage. I didn't get to them for a couple hours but it was all great. The brats and sausage were both meaty, juicy, and flavorful. Don't think those pale white brats; these are smoked. I think they made a mistake and gave us the jalapeno cheese sausage instead of regular sausage. But the jalapeno cheese sausage was very good. But the star of the show is their brisket. A good bark, a nice smoke ring, and the meat was tender and moist. Very good smoke penetration. They have a nice peppery barbecue sauce that compliments the brisket nicely. I know a lot of people rave about Burnt Bean, but Schulze's Pit Room is excellent without the lines.

Wow, wow, wow!!! Food was amazingDid the build your own burger and let me just say... I'm in a loss for words at how perfect that burger was. I added meat from ribs with all the toppingsLoaded up on their pickles and grilled jalapeños with the nanas potato's salad (think that's what it's called) and crack corn (aka elote)! Its not cheap, but by far worth every penny ($30)

This place serves some Indian street food and also Indian fusion. I got the mini samosas and chicken tikka masala burrito, and the fusion aspect just didn't work for me. I usually like Indian curries because of how saucy they are--perfect for eating with rice or dipping naan--but in burrito form, there was barely any sauce. I think it could've been upleveled with a side of curry to dip or pour over the burrito, but by itself it was too dry and not flavorful enough for me.

"Popped by this food truck while I was in Austin and it definitely hit the spot! The mini tacos were so cute and also super delicious. They may look small but they are packed with flavor and meat so they were pretty filling. The quesadilla was also super delicious with the best cheese pull.If you're looking for a delicious taco/quesadilla spot especially one that open late, you can go wrong with this one. It did take a little longer for us to get our food even though there weren't many people but it was worth the wait!"
"House Park BBQ serves up some of the best barbecue in Austin. Great brisket, chicken, pork loin, ribs, and sausage. The brisket is tender and smoked to perfection. They are serving brisket tacos on Fridays now, and they outstanding, especially with the smoked tomatillo salsa. Really recommend trying some Q from the oldest pu in Austin."
"Smokin' Brew-B-Q is an easy 5 stars. I worked with Nick to cater a work event and he did such an amazing job. He was super responsive, helpful and even accommodated a last minute date change without jeopardizing the integrity of his food. You can tell he's passionate about what he does because it shows in the food.We had trays upon trays of tender, smoked brisket, pulled pork and beer can chicken. The mac & cheese, beans and coleslaw were wonderful sides and we topped it off with some decadent banana pudding. Everyone loved the food and everything was cooked perfectly. Smokin' Brew is very reasonable priced and the BBQ is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future."
"Saving grace of late night gyro delivery! Here I am reviewing another gyro because I love them. 2 Step Gyro has both lamb and chicken, tomato, red onion, and sauce. Their sauce is less traditional as it doesn't have the cool flavor of cucumber but a more savory sauce, not a bad thing- as it tastes delicious!"
"I went to this nice lil food truck, never seen it before so I said why not. WHEN I TELL YOU . every single time. I am in Austin I will stop by. I had the beef and chicken tacos. BASICALLY Chefs kiss. I was more than impressed by the flavors. The food was piping hot and don't get me started on the hospitality. The truck was very clean and the service was extremely fast I was able have conversation with the owner Tati. She was very sweet. Very personable and she from VA like me so now I'm really a fan.If you're in the Austin area get here and order anything and every thing.Shoutout to you Tati, I'll be back."
"Chris, the owner, is a young man who knows how to run a business. The menu is short and simple. He was open in talking to me about his food truck business and just a friendly guy. He was partially out of chicken to make a full order and sold it to me at a discount off full price. The chicken tenders and fries were great and servings were much larger than I'm expected to getting from food trucks. I expect him to do well in the future.P.S. Drinks are just $1"
"Words cannot describe how delicious this meal truly was. Huge shoutout to Joel for the suggestions and for putting together this amazing platter of food! If you're skeptical about eating sushi from a food truck, don't be! Everything was so fresh and flavorful, I'm definitely looking forward to going back for more."
"First time trying Jamaican food and I for sure will be eating it again very soon. Super cool and friendly environment and the owner legitimately cares anoyt the food and service he is providing and i loved that. Drove from Round Rock and it was worth the drive. EVERYTHING we had was amazing. The jerk chicken was moist and fall off the bone good! Jerk sauces were fire!! But my favorite had to be the green sauce. Plantains go great with the seasoning and spices from the chicken!!! Rice was my favorite tho. Thanks man we'll be back. Thank you for the bday wishes. FROM THE PATRICKS"
"I love love love this place, everything we ordered was made with love and we can tell! The owner is amazing! Do not sleep on the grits they are the best I've had!! The shrimp was made to perfection not over cooked and the boudin balls were scrumptious and ever so tender my son fell in love with the wings and catfish paired with the red sauce. My husband was addicted to the catfish with dirty rice. And man that po boy was so soft and flaky #hurrybacknow"
"First off, freakin AWESOME taco! I ordered the arrachera, it was delicious, cheesy, goodness. Meat was cooked perfectly, and that sauce, man that was good. Yes, taco did cost $7. In my humble, honest opinion, maybe just a tad bit overpriced. Will that stop me from coming again, HECK no. The concept is literally like in he name, walk up to he house, order from a window, sir in their backyard and wait for your delicious food to be ready. You can tell food is cooked to order. Took just a few minutes, but again, DELISH! I did come on a 99 degree day, but with the shade, it was bearable, (I mean, I'm a Texas boy born and raised, I'm used to the heat). I can totally see the place jam packed in the fall and spring times. Keep up the great work guys. I will definitely return. You must try it out."
"Tasty and fresh. Had the salmon bowl from the bike race in Webberville. Hearty and flavorful. Smoked salmon and pickled veggies (onions, carrots, cauliflower) on a bed of grilled corn and Cous cous can't be beat."
