This rating is more focused on this place being a hangout place for groups than the beer selection or food.Came here on a winter's night for post dinner drink on a Wednesday.There was a band and people dancing.Beer line is pretty obvious when you enter the building.They have cocktails too.The bar top wraps around the furthest wall so lots of bar seating. Tons of picnic style tables in a row for large groups and lots of room for groups to stand.Since it was a cold night didn't venture to the outdoor seating.If you are getting picked up by ride share there are a couple of driveways that aren't connected so make sure you know which driveway your driver pulled into.Parking can be tight during peak hours but that is most of Central Austin - ride share and the hassle is eliminated."

Anne E. "We abandoned the wait for BBQ next door and had the good fortune to pop into this little gem. We ordered Sandos (meatball and jabroni) and salads (caeser and greek).Salads were great. If you like your salads premixed with dressing, then you're good here. I didn't mind it, but felt like a bit too much dressing was on that salad and would order it on the side next time. That's just me. The sandos were terrific. Toasted bread, melted cheese, and seasoned well. What more do you need?Other reviewers commented on the beer options being somewhat limited and we'd agree. We drank water because IPAs are the most overrated beers ever. Don't come at me, people. You know it's true. Overall, I am really glad we came here and we'll be back to try out the pizzas!"

Okay okay! Had a great time at ABGB. Beer on tap was nice and we were excited to see that a band was scheduled for the evening (Friday). The staff were friendly and let us sample a few beers while at the bar and we ordered a slice of pizza to share. Overall, it was good for a bar snack and hit the spot, but I wouldn't specifically come here in the future for pizza. There was ample parking, cute outdoor seating, and long picnic table and bar seating inside. The band was a blast - people were up dancing which really made it a special evening. Can't wait to make this a regular neighborhood spot!

Solid service here. Taylor was very helpful at the bar and kind to make conversation. Beer prices are reasonable and variety is ample. I didn't have food but heard great things. My friends and I had a great time catching up here. I got the last spot in the parking lot, it's busy here, but I'd go back! Thanks oddwood for a great beer drinking experience. Casual ambiance in here.

While out visiting Austin for my birthday back in February, we stumbled across this amazing brewery, which ended up being our favorite one of the entire trip!I had multiple beers from here, but my absolute favorite was the Dye It Black. It had such great flavor and was very easy drinking. The other ones I sampled were also really great and it was very difficult to choose.This brewery is kind of out in the middle of nowhere. It's got a rustic outdoors-ish feel to it. There were benches throughout the brewery to sit at and nothing was done up too fancy, and almost felt like you were hanging out in someone's garage (which isn't a bad thing).Patty was our bartender and she was absolutely fantastic! She offered wonderful hospitality and when she found out it was my birthday, she bought me a birthday beer! Tip - If you check-in on Yelp, you get a free pint glass to take home. It was a great souvenir to have to remember this great brewery!

The beer was good, but not much of a selection if you like things dark. We sat in this odd side room full of lava lamps, several which appeared to be staring at us. They had a large TV with an FC game on, but there's just not a whole lot of atmosphere inside compared to other places in Austin.

I've been here a couple of times for a book club and it's a fantastic meet up spot! It's a typical Austin space with a huge outdoor patio, good vibes, people with dogs and hard to find parking. Overall a great spot for catching up, a great chill atmosphere. Their food is great, I've tried their nachos and the refried black beans were AMAZING, can't wait to order them again.

Rachel B. "What a great spot to hang out! They have drinks and they have snacks. They have many, many tables outside under cover with misters and a limited number of bar-style seating indoors. You order inside and then take your drinks and/or order number on a flag to a table outside. Food doesn't take long and they bring it to your table for you. Dogs are welcome in the patio area :)The only downside is the parking in their lot is very, very limited so you'll probably end up parking on the street nearby."
