Holy smokes. Been here a mumber of times and while it never disappoints, this time, my mind was blown with their latest offerings: menudo and barbacoa boudin. The barbacoa boudin was such a great dish-i never seen anything like that before but my gosh, what an amazing treat. It's everything you want in boudin: spicy, ricey, barbacoa-y. The sweet sauce that was paired with it just elevated it. The menudo was just out of this world. Ive had menudo all my life but this was just on a different level. Usually you have add a little lime, or oregano, or onion or jalapenos but this one was perfect - nothing was needed. We also had barbacoa and that's alwasy been solid and love the smokyness. Everyone should come and try itBelieve the hype!

I was really looking forward to visiting the Burnt Bean after hearing great things from friends who frequent it. We even drove all the way from San Antonio, arriving at 930AM, excited to try it out.The line wasn't too long and moved fairly quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn when we reached the front of the line. The woman taking orders greeted us with an attitude that felt completely unnecessary, especially so early in the morning. It was our first time visiting, and we weren't familiar with how their ordering process worked. When I ordered a brisket taco with guac, she snapped at me, saying I didn't need to mention the guac because it's "down there." Had she simply asked if it was our first visit, she could have explained the process more kindly, avoiding the confusion altogether. Instead, she was short, unhelpful, and even rolled her eyes at me, which was completely uncalled for. This is not the type of experience I expect when visiting an establishment for the first time. Her unpleasant demeanor left such a bad impression that I honestly considered canceling my order and leaving. There was, however, a gentleman handling condiments who was incredibly kind and understanding when I vented my frustrations to him. I'd like to apologize for my tone while speaking to him--it wasn't directed at him personally, but I was upset and needed to share my experience. I appreciated his empathy, but it didn't fully undo the sour start to my visit.I hope the manager or owner addresses this incident and emphasizes to their staff the importance of welcoming customers warmly, especially first-time visitors. You never know who might walk through the door, and customer service can make or break an experience. The ordering system is not as clear as they might think that it is. A quick run down at the front would have eliminated all of this. While the food itself was phenomenal (so much so that I forgot to take pictures), I can't bring myself to add details about it here because the poor customer service overshadowed the meal. As a first-time visitor and ELITE Yelper, I'm genuinely disappointed that her attitude left such a lasting impression.Customer service is a cornerstone of any great restaurant experience, and I think it's important for potential customers to be aware of the type of treatment they might encounter here.If I ever come back, hopefully I can update my review with a better one.

Finally got to try this gem out. I'm not a huge fan of BBQ, however, this place offered yummy treats. It is located in a great building with open space and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered the brisket, sausages, a side of cowboy beans and a side of queso Mac topped with hot Cheetos. The brisket was tender and moist and the sausages were the right consistency. The sauce options were great as well. Service is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and return here when in the area.Note that the pricing you see on the menus are if you pay cash. There is additional charge when using your card.

First stop we got the brisket, burnt ends, ribs and house sauce, all of it was fantastic. Took the desserts home because we were so full!! All of the sides were amazing!!! Ok seriously incredible! We were gonna go home but we decided we had to stop on way to try the brunch menu. It did not disappoint, I have never been huge fan of beef ribs.. well my mind has been changed. The Korean beef ribs Burnt Bean Co. by far the best I've ever had. The huevos rancheros had brisket and barbacoa it was so delicious! Carbs guisada taco so tender and delicious! We are top fans and will definitely be back to try lamb. Oh how could I forget the bourbon peach taco cobbler... amazing!! But I am full to the brim!! The owner and staff are so awesome!!

Believe it or not, Michelin found Burnt Bean and awarded it the Bib Gourmet rating! Just had their Brisket Huevos Rancheros this Sunday morning and it was exceptional. Crispy tortilla, refried beans, two huge slices of brisket, two eggs sunny side up, topped with medium hot salsa and crème fraîche. Enough for two viejitos. There's a constant line all week, but Sunday from 8 to 9 you can get right in. (At least for now.)

The short Waite we had was so worth it. The smell of meat hits you as soon as you enter the doors. I like that there is some Mexican influence on the menu. They had things like huevos rancheros, smoked barbacoa, and menudo. Along with the classic barbecue staples. Their bbq sauce was good and brisket was tender.Their cinco sausage was made in house and very tasty. You pay at the front when you order them your order will be ready at the end of the line. They are Michelin recognized.

I stopped by Burnt Bean Co in Seguin, TX, this past Sunday around 0915 and oh boy, am I glad I did! I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, and it was love at first bite. The dish was a masterclass in texture and flavor combination. The sunny-side up eggs were cooked to perfection, with a runny yolk that added creaminess to each bite. The sauce had just the right amount of spice, and the tortillas were crispy without being greasy. But the real star of the show was the brisket! Good smoke ring, tender, flavorful. I wish I was craving ribs and other items because everything seemed to be a great choice, but not at 9 in the morning for me haha. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, I'm so impressed with Burnt Bean Co, and I can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious-looking menu. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by - your taste buds will thank you! Peace!

Burnt Bean Co. is one of the best BBQ places in the area. Every bite of their BBQ is outstanding. Their turkey is consistently juicy and might just be my favorite. The sides are a highlight, especially the creamy mac and cheese, which pairs perfectly with their smoky meats. The Dino Rib is a standout--massive, juicy, and packed with flavor. Their pork ribs are so tender they practically fall off the bone, and the BBQ sauce enhances the meat without overpowering it. Since it was a Sunday, I tried the barbacoa and menudo, and while they're not the traditional versions I'm used to, both were fantastic--juicy barbacoa and richly spiced menudo.I waited about 45 minutes on a Sunday morning, and the service was quick with plenty of staff offering help. The interior features an industrial design that's spacious yet inviting, with plenty of family-style seating available.

This place is scrumptious. I think of the day I will be back. The meat is so tender and buttery, I didn't even use any sauce. The flavor is greatly complimented with the peppery crust. The Mac and cheese with the hot Cheetos was my favorite side so far. Also, try their pickled okra. If you visit and there is a line out of the door, don't worry, it goes fast. You won't be sorry.
