Buffet Palace

We had an amazing dining experience at this Asian-inspired buffet. The range of dishes available was incredibly diverse, ensuring there was something for every taste. From fresh and flavorful sushi rolls to perfectly cooked meats and rich, hearty soups, every dish we tried was delicious. The buffet also offered a variety of desserts, all of which were quite enjoyable, although the selection of fruits was a bit limited.We visited during a time that covered both breakfast and lunch, and the prices during this period were the most affordable, at around $14 per person. It was a fantastic deal considering the variety and quality of the food available.The atmosphere was comfortable, although the interior seemed a bit tired, with some worn-out floors and tables. However, despite this, the place was overall clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant dining experience.The staff was consistently polite, attentive, and quick to address any needs we had. The service really added to the overall positive experience. We left feeling very satisfied and definitely full!What made the experience even better was the reasonable pricing, which made it feel like excellent value for the variety and quality of food. We highly recommend this buffet to anyone looking for a great meal and a good dining atmosphere.

Disgusting! I have been coming to the buffet Palace for many years and it was always good but last night it was revolting. The food was awful like it had been left over from lunch. It was also very cold and had a very nasty flavor to it. The whole restaurant looked like it was in a state of decay, the bathrooms were vile, and the tables and chairs looked as though they hadn't been cleaned at all. I really don't think I'm gonna be eating there again and that place needs to be reported to the board of health.

This is a solid choice for a Chinese Food buffet given that few buffets are ever outstanding by the very nature of being food cooked for groups of varying tastes for long periods of time. They have a wide variety including your Chinese buffet standards along with a noodle bowl option, sushi, cold sides, and of course an array of desserts. The food was plentiful and they did a good job of refreshing the food during our visit. The sauces on the sesame chicken, orange shrimp, and green beans were very good. The fried foods were very crisp but some of the food did seem a bit overcooked. Our servers were nice and attentive and did a good job coming by to get drink orders when new people joined our party and kept your glasses filled and plates cleared. The restaurant itself is a bit rundown. There are scuff marks or worn off finish on the wood floors and it seems there may have been some issues with flooding at some recent point in time as there were some large fans pointed at the floor when we were there.

Very tasty with many options for all of your Asian food desires. The egg drop soup is especially good and I also like that they have quite a few options of sushi. The sushi is mediocre as you can expect but it is all you can eat.The service is fast and efficient and the ambiance is high ceilings with a attractive decor.The food is hot and fresh!

Well other than the restroom sewer smelling throughout the restaurant and the sign on the door, where the city shut them down it's ok!

For once, authentic Asian food in Austin. You get a prolific choice of eastern and western foods from Cajun crawfish to Korean kalbi. My fave were the fried azuki bean sesame balls.

live next door, constant loud obnoxious noise from a generator belonging to a white truck that is routinely at the restaurant overnight. will be filing complaints with the police/city if they can't keep it within ordinance hours. posting this currently awake at 1am with a 4 hour drive bright and early, kept awake by this business and their lack of care for the surrounding community

I have been coming here for several years this is me an my daughters favorite place, but I have noticed the ac is not working anymore like it used to it's extremely hot not enough fans to cool u down over crowded, The manager seems very upset or angry all the time over all the food is good

Food was good. Kids loved it. Many choices and fresh. Good fried dishes. Very cheap for the varieties you can choose from. Bathroom was terrible!! Poop diapers everywhere. Nasty and discussing. Cannot believe how bad it was. Very trash bin was full and paper dirty towels were everywhere. After the bathroom, I lost my appetite and started to wonder the safety of food .. maybe because it was weekend and packed with little kids.. but still it was unreal how bad the bathroom was!

We last came here 4 years ago on Christmas and we wanted to go back. It was very busy but we were seated right away it was very crowded but we had our drink order taken right away and we were off to the very large buffet everything from rice seafood and desserts. Crab shrimp soups salads. Peach cobbler ice cream machine and go back as much as you want. Something for everyone come try them out you won't be disappointed
