Food truck in north austin with burgers, fries, onion rings and shakes. A surprising addition to the menu is poutine down here in Texas. I didnt order it this time since we did a to go order but will have to try it next time. We got the Little Buddha burger with nirvana sauce. Burger was good! I wouldn't say it is anything super special but it is solid. The prices are comparable to shake shack or other burger places. If I were rank the burgers in the area though, this place would be in the middle of the pack. Mainly due to the high price for a good burger but not a great burger.Overall, We will be back to try some some other menu items but will probably go somewhere else to grab a burger

I was enticed to try Buddha burger as result of their natural approach to their burgers. For example, I was told they ground their beef every day. The cali, according to the server, was one of the top 3 food items. As a general principle, I usually order the most popular menu items. The Cali did not disappoint! First, the bread was buttery delicious...larger than a slice of bread but smaller than a standard bun...toasted. Then the inside drippy good - a thick, fresh piece of beef, perfectly grilled onions (sweet & soft), lettuce, cheese and a special sauce. The burger was super filling.Buddha burger on metric is a food truck. They have a free standing building in Pflugerville. There is no seating outside. Therefore, it's a grab and go food truck.

I've been to Austin for about 9 months now and Buddha Burger is by FAR my favorite burger spot. The cheeseburger and Cajun fries are my go to!!!My only small not even complaint but sometimes it can be a drag is the time. It doesn't always take a long time but sometimes maybe during the busier times there is a little of a wait. There are cute picnic spots with lights right by it as well. Very cute spot!I stick with my 5 star review because wow.

This place is incredible! They serve up restaurant style burgers out of a beautiful brand new food truck! It is conveniently located near a gas station for bathrooms, drinks (other than water and tea sold at Buddha Burger), and a bunch of picnic tables! I got a vegetarian burger on the GF quinoa bun. It was delicious! The staff were kind and helpful with recommendations too. Highly recommend a lunch or dinner stop here!

This is a food truck outside of a gas station off of Metric and Cedar Bend. The food can take about 10-20 minutes to make when there are multiple orders but you know you're getting it freshly made. They take great care to provide you with delicious burgers at a variety of sizes. I usually order the Little Buddha as it's a single patty. I've tried the Poutine and Cheese Fries and they were good, just a little heavy for me. I've had the Cajun fries multiple times. They also have some of the best chicken tenders that I've tasted. They're very fresh and perfectly crispy. They seem to only use the chicken breast. That paired with their sauces are a dream. I haven't tried it but they have a mushroom melt that seems very popular and it's nice to know they have a vegetarian offering. The only thing that I've tried that was just okay for me was the cookies but I didn't mind. I went there for a delicious burger and that's what I got!

North Austin is quickly becoming the go-to area for excellent burgers and I'm so glad Buddha Burger has joined us. It's a food truck that could probably be more accurately described as an RV and it sits at a convenience store on Metric. Order at one window, pick up at the other. Oh, and they have milkshakes! Get one!!

First, this is a food truck with outdoor tables, so go on a nice day. The burgers are good and regularly sized for Austin which is not too big, but not child sized. The quality of ingredients is good and the fries are good. At lunch time it took about 10 minutes to get our food so it wasn't bad. If you're looking for a quick bite this place is well within reason.

I got the Big Buddha, it was like everything. The big Mac wanted to be but better like a smash burger. The Cajun fries were excellent.I also enjoyed seeing the nice quote quotes on the side of the trailer
