The food tastes all wrong, nothing like the Thai dishes they claim to be. I totally agree with the other reviewers that made mention of this as well. The truck looked pretty unkept as I looked in the window as I waited for my food. When my food came, I had ordered a shrimp Pad Thai, it was missing the shrimp, which they took my meal back, cooked some shrimp, and put it on top of the dish - no redoing the meal so the flavor of the shrimp could permeate the dish (not like it would have mattered as this isn't a Pad Thai).I took 3-4 bites of my food, opened Yelp to see if I was completely crazy (the overall review rating looked very good) and as I dug into the reviews, I realized I wasn't alone. Wish I had read the reviews more closely about the food vs the 5 stars for how sweet the couple in the truck are.

The food here is made fresh to order. With fresh ingredients. But it didn't taste like Thai food should. And I definitely know Thai food. Thai is my favorite cuisine (I am a chef), I've eaten it all over the world, including Thailand many times (also attended Blue Elephant cooking school Bangkok) and I eat it probably once a week in Los Angeles. We ordered two basic Thai noodle dishes, they didn't taste like any Thai food I've ever eaten. The Pad Thai did not taste like Pad Thai. It definitely had the makings for some sort of Thai based noodle dish but it wasn't anything like it should be. It tasted ok. I ate it cause I was starving. The Pad Kee Mao (they spelled it Meow) or drunken noodles did not taste good, nor did it taste anything like what drunken noodles are supposed to taste like. Couldn't eat that one. Thai leftovers are my favorite breakfast, I had no desire to eat them the next morning. They were out of the chicken sauté and egg rolls. The couple who run it are older and super nice which is probably why they get good reviews. But the food wasn't so good and it took a while to make.

Good pad Thai chicken. Hot and fresh - perfectly cooked noodles. They were out of eggrolls so I'm going to have to come back and try them and the orange chicken too. They take cards. Nice little food truck park with covered seating and a small fire pit. Really cute couple run this truck.

Partying Hard at SXSW 2017 and found this gem at a relaxing and covered trailet food park. I normally would have had photos but I killed my battery! However I wanted to still give recognition to this wonderful trailer.Ordered a Chicken and shrimp fried rice. It was perfectly seasoned and the shrimp and chicken were in abundance! Fantastic meal that absolutely what I needed to survive and continue on with the SXSW festivals... And drinking!I've been to many other Thai trailers and I can honestly say keeping a more simply menu allows for more quality and this place had it!Lastly, they were very friendly owners and brought out the food to friends and I! I passed out on the comfy hammock and didn't have a chance to thank them for bringing the food out! Also again wanted to compliment on the deliciousiness of the food.

Yelp -- how is it that I've been consistently searching for a cute Thai truck on the East side and you hid this from me?! It's a gem. We are relieved that we have a great Thai place for lunches and to-go dinners. My husband's chicken fried rice was so fresh and not overly soggy in oils and fake flavorings like so many restaurants. He also commented that there was a lot of chicken in it. My pad thai with tofu was spicy -- I think I've been so devoid of spicy Asian foods here that I've lost some of my tolerance! The portions are big enough for 2-3 meals. Amazing. And yes, the couple who runs this truck is TOO CUTE.

Had the spring rolls and pad thai. Both were great. The cook was also nice to cook up a soup as I wanted some but not the sour kind (tom yum). The people here are extremely friendly. It's incredible they work so have that they are open daily from 9:30 am to 10 pm. I will be coming as often as I can do support them. There is a dearth of restaurants in Del Valle much less Asian cuisine.

Awesome little Thai spot! The owners were super sweet and the food was delicious. I had the spicy coconut chicken soup which was flavorful and had the perfect amount of heat. it came with rice that tasted like it had been cooked with chicken stock and coconut milk! Went so well with the soup. The serving was quite large too, enough for my boyfriend and me to share. Will be back again!

Didn't taste bad, but not great and not what I expected. I got pad Thai chicken and a Thai tea. The pad Thai did not taste like pad Thai, at all. There were also diced white onions in it, which I have never experienced before. Was not good. The Thai tea looked like Thai tea but did not taste like Thai tea. Over priced for food that does not taste like what it should. It was a large portion of food so I ate the leftovers, but my pad Thai craving was not satisfied. Also I got chicken but there were a few random pieces of soft tofu in it. Not terrible but I will definitely not be going back

My biggest qualm with this food truck was the incredible 45 minute wait for an order consisting of two Pad Thai. It seemed the kitchen was completely oblivious to their 6 customers at the time waiting for basic orders. The second knock is that the Pad Thai just isn't that good, plain and simple. Nor is it even Pad Thai, I'm getting frustrated even writing this complaint. I hope you ignore this complaint so you can make your own judgement on how this isn't Pad Thai..
