Brunch Brunch Baby

I loved discovering this cute mom and pop owned food truck. My colleague took me out for a belated birthday lunch. I arrived early and had the chance to learn a bit of the origin story and other side projects (check out their website to learn about the libations trailer). I enjoyed the Lady Bird-- a delicious breakfast take on avocado toast served on a fresh English Muffin and my friend had the Ryes and Sunshine on marble rye. When the owners learned that this was a birthday brunch, they kindly gifted me a side of French toast. This is the perfect place to take yourself, your honey, or your best friend (literally, there is a leash free dog park on the side) on a little date.I look forward to returning because I want to try everything on the menu!

great food truck in a cute little food park. The food was fresh and tasted great. They use a local German baker to make the bread, which they said was low in preservatives and all around was super tasty. The service was great too - owner was extremely sweet and friendly. Excited to go back and try more sandwiches and also check out their smoothies!

This is a very cute brunch food truck with a small menu, friendly staff, and plenty of picnic tables. I had the Madame, which is a loaded breakfast sandwich. I really enjoyed it, and the sweet maple syrup complemented the savoury flavours well. However, the sandwich was quite small for $9.20, as I went home afterwards and ate half of a Chipotle chicken burrito, a quarter of a huge papaya, a cookie, and half a jar of Trader Joe's peach halves (disclaimer: I am not obese). This is a good portion size for small people or if you want to restrict calories. My friends enjoyed their buttermilk pancakes, sandwiches, and smoothies. There was no wait when we came here on a Saturday morning, but the line got long later on. It was off putting seeing multiple dogs sitting on top of the tables, which doesn't seem sanitary.

What an adorable food truck right on Lady Bird Lake, making it a great place to stop if you're going for a bike ride or a walk.It's owned and run by a lovely younger married couple, who you can tell put a lot of TLC into their business.There are breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. I had one of each and shared with a friend, both were delicious. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu from what I saw. The owners are friendly and the service is efficient!There was also a musician playing in the food park when I was there, a nice touch!

This food truck has amazing breakfast items!! My fiancé and I loved everything we got. I highly recommend ordering online in advance as I did this and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes when I arrived because they were so busy. I will definitely be coming back again. The worker was so now and apologized for the delay. I recommend going for a walk on the lake and stopping by here after!

This is a nice Food Truck located in the South Shore Eatery. I recommend you go online, instagram has a link as well, and order ahead for pickup. They bake the bread from scratch and it's mostly rye from what I can tell. I had the Sicilian. Very good sandwich and the bread is really good, but I love rye bread. The owner who made our sandwiches was super nice and there's plenty of seating there.

This food truck is in a cute little area right by the water. They park in a lot right next to my favorite coffee truck so I wanted to give them a try! My sister and I got the "Rye's and shine" which was a egg, bacon, avocado and aioli sandwich. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in a while. The bread was really good and it had great flavor. The service was great as well, I'm excited to go back and try more on their menu!

Very cute food truck with delicious smoothies!! The sandwiches were pretty good but the smoothies were the real star. The owners were also super nice and friendly -- they were pretty busy so gave us a timeframe it would be ready by so we could walk away and explore a bit while we waited.

Their sandwiches are phenomenal! It's in cute little place by the riverside.Owners are very nice and their menu options are diverse. Must try.

My husband and I came by after a town lake run. Food was amazing! The line to order was fairly lengthy but once we placed our order the food came quick, so don't let the line deter you.
