Wanted to introduce my family to the wonderful world of ramen and we came across Bluefin on DoorDash! We ordered the killer beef ramen and to our surprise the beef rib is exactly as shown...it's so big they put it in its own carry out container! We took a little bite before cutting into pieces and it is definitely seasoned very well. We also ordered the pork ramen w/ thin noodles and I added some garlic chili oil that I had at home and it was amazing! I ordered chicken wings to snack on later in the evening, I tried one garlic Parmesan which was very balanced with flavors. For those that order ramen to go or delivered, the toppings and protein are sitting in a container that you need to pick up and the broth is underneath. This is definitely a great gem in the Round Rock area!

Parking is super easy to find. Coming in you order from an ipad. Big menu is in front of you. Finishing ordering you choose a number to grab and to have at your table, so they can find you to deliver the food. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and the tonkatsu had no flavor at all. The boiled egg didnt taste right to me.

I tried their Miso Classic Ramen and the broth was very rich and savory! The noodles were a bit too hard for my preference but the taste was good. I loved the pork, it was glazed perfectly and very juicy! We also had So Dang Good and Dragon sushi rolls, both were fantastic! We also had a side order of french fries but they were waaaaay too salty, we will not have them again.The place is self order at the kiosks so no one really helped us go through the menu, which I would have enjoyed since it was our first time visiting. The Kiosks do have detailed descriptions of the items tho so I really appreciate that.Staff was really friendly and the ambiance was really laid back. Overall a great place for ramen and sushi!

Easy ordering at the kiosks. Came back here to try in person and try the ramen. Pleasantly surprised! The ramen isn't overly salty like other places and I can actually enjoy the broth. I also got the spider roll which was tasty. The ramen was spicy chicken I think and the chicken had a great smoky flavor. I wish there were some more bamboo shoots though. We also got calamari and the tempera cheesecake. Both were good but not sure if I would order calamari again. I will be back!

There aren't many spots like this in the round rock area that provide great variety of options that'll surely satisfy anyone! We come back here time and time again because the quality is great and consistent. We've tried many of the ramens and my favorites are the tonkotsu black, bonito yuzu and tonkotsu red! The meat is always cooked really well and the broth is flavorful and delicious. We also tried the yellowtail appetizer this time and really enjoyed it as well. Their drink options are also delicious especially their matcha latte and mango soda. Love the mural inside as well and service is always nice.

The food was good, but I'm inexperienced in figuring out what's better and "not" better. I ordered what I thought was a cold dish, and was quite surprised to get warm with the first bite. It was good though. I recommend you ask more questions than I did if you're as inexperienced as I. The only thing I have a minor issue with is that they don't take cash.
