Bloodworth BBQ

We visited on a Sunday morning right at 11am to get the delicious looking Dino ribs!Boy! Did they come through with tasting even better than the picture looked! They were so meaty, juicy, tender, and fell right off the bone. The sausage was also very good, the meat was the perfect texture with a good snap on the skin. The chopped bbq sandwich was a hefty, full of meat sandwich with so much flavor. The sides were got were potato salad - it was so creamy and really good and the mac n cheese - I could have bathed in it, it was so good! Cheesy and creamy, not dry at all! Don't forget the banana pudding, you'll regret it! The owner was super nice and very friendly, as well as the woman taking our order. Overall- highly recommend, great experience! The weather was perfect to sit outside. Love that it's covered with plenty of parking and places to sit.

We had Bloodworth takeout for our family Christmas dinner and it was amazing. We had BrisketTurkeyRibsChickenSausagePotato SaladMac and CheeseTh family could not have been more happy with the outcome. I finally got to try their famous pork ribs that are usually sold out--and now I know why. They were tender, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious.The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I also love that it's a family-run spot, owned by a husband-and-wife team who clearly put their heart and soul into it all.If you're a BBQ lover, this place is a must-visit.

Finally got the chance to stop at Bloodworth. I'm glad to have a solid local BBQ place! The meats were very good. The potato salad was great. The Mac and cheese could use some work. It has a good smoky flavor but the texture is a bit grainy and not as creamy as I would like. Service was so fast and super friendly, and welcoming. The food came out in minutes. We also got there before a line formed so we got lucky. We brought it home and enjoyed! The tables outside are nice and plentiful for the space and the coverings help shield from the sun. It was a nice atmosphere to enjoy the food if you want to. Will be happily going back to Bloodworth regularly!

We decided to grab some BBQ to go since my brother was in town from Nashville. These sandwiches were excellent. The meat was so moist and flavorful. And they really pack the meat on!!! None of us were able to finish our sandwiches. We were stuffed!The mac n cheese was ok. There was some flavor in it that I wasn't a huge fan of.Overall, highly recommend this place!!

While exploring Kyle, TX came across Bloodworth BBQ...a trailer in a parking lot smoking up Texas BBQ. Got to meet Thomas and Tish...owners and makers of all things good in their shack. Sadly, I was too late for brisket or ribs, but Thomas sold me on the turkey. Ordered the turkey sandwich and the sides sounded so good (homemade by Tish) I went with the Mac & Cheese, Creamy Lime Coleslaw, and Grandma's Potato Salad. The turkey...sooo tender and a nice bark and light smoke taste that didn't overwhelm the turkey. After my first bite, decided to amp it up with some of the BBQ sauce and the coleslaw which puts this sandwich over the top! As for the sides ALL of them were delicious, my favorite being the coleslaw...absolutely a must order side! Meeting this couple was a great pleasure, friendly and they are excited about opening their brick & mortar store close to where they are now. Great food and great folks in small town USA...worth a trip to enjoy their BBQ.

Great customer service and fall off the bone ribs that didn't require sauce. The sides we ordered were potato salad which had too much celery for my taste and could've used more seasoning. We also ordered mac & cheese and I prefer a mac & cheese that is swimming in cheese and this was not nor was it seasoned that well. But would definitely return for the ribs.

Fast service. Friendly local people. Highly recommended.. Come check this place out! Best in Kyle! Only thing I would change is removing the sausage from menu. It was the same used by your predecessor there.

I really enjoy supporting small local businesses. I've been following their Facebook page for a while and finally had the chance to swing by. We enjoyed their brisket sandwich! The bread was nice and fluffy! They did sell out of their Dino ribs fast! They provided me with their original and spicy BBQ sauce. I liked their BBQ chicken and sausage as well. The service was very nice and friendly! I plan to return back again. We also tried their coleslaw, potato salad, mac and cheese, and banana pudding. Their Mac and cheese was amaaaaazzziiinggg! I wish I ordered more servings! The banana pudding was also just as delicious. I personally was not a fan of their coleslaw and potato salad, but everyone has their preference. The ambiance is nice and casual. They have tables with shade. It's located at the City of Kyle town center that has additional food stalls and food trucks. One day I look forward to having BBQ, tacos, and pancit all in one spot.

The brisket was spot on! Location was enjoyable and the service was excellent! Was happy to finally try this Bbq !
