Blanco River Pizza Co

I wanted to love this place so much... We get inside. Stood there for what seemed like forever. No one greeted us. No one said we will be with you in a moment. No one said hi folks! Finally, a chipper young lady asked if we had been helped. She got us seated. Few minutes later our server came and got our order. She was super nice. I mean a real sweet heart. It was obvious they were understaffed, making things instantly forgivable. They were out of coke, Dr Pepper, root beer, and other things. I just ended up getting a water for my refill, as they had run out of Dr. Pepper. Now to the food. We ordered the meatballs and cheese sticks for our appetizers. Our granddaughters gobbled up the cheese sticks and the meatballs were very good. The sauce was perfect! We then ordered a large Carnivore pizza and a small pepperoni. The pizza was good. A but on the salty side, but I am going to assume it was from all that meat! The crust was thin and crispy. Took some Italian Crème cake home and wow! It was amazing. We would go back. Hopefully giving 5* on the next visit.

I have stopped in here twice and both times the food and service were outstanding.Me and the wife ordered bread knots as an appetizer. They were fresh, crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside. As our main meal we got a large pepperoni with mushrooms and sausage, New York style pizza. The toppings were delicious and the crust was as if it was baked by angels. The service was friendly and they made us feel like family. When you're done you can walk around the Blanco Court House, it was used in the remake of True Grit. So don't be a knucklehead and let this gem pass you by.

Hardly any toppings. Better off buying a frozen at grocery store and cooking yourself

Food was excellent, as was the service. The restaurant has a great down home feel. Their pizza crust was perfect.

Today was our first, but not our last, time eating at Blanco River Pizza Co. We had a deep dish pizza with mozzarella sticks and garlic knots. Everything we had we enjoyed. Our waiter was knowledgeable on the different beers they offered. We will be back.

This is a quaint restaurant in Blanco Texas on the square.Their pizzas are delicious!They also have a wide variety of Italian entrees.Their Tuscan potato soup is a gluten free option that is extremely delicious.If you are traveling through Blanco Texas on 281, don't miss it.

The Blanco River Pizza Co was very busy last night! January 2, 2025!! We ordered a pizza to go & I was very disappointed in the pizza! It was over cooked & had very little vegetables & meat on it for a Everything Pizza!!!

We ordered them proceeded to wait for a pizza while 3 other families came in ordered, ate and left. We frequently eat here and this was the most upsetting situation AND it was my 60th birthday. No apologies and a lie of an explanation. We had to ask for a break which should have been offered OR they could have told the truth. We felt bad for asking for a break but even AI states there should have been an apology or a break in price.

Great little pizza place to stop into. Been here a few times and the service is always fast and super friendly. The bread knots are buttery and crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside. They are perfect. This time we ordered a simple New York style pizza. It was cooked to perfection and tasted great. Stop by and give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.
