We enjoyed another great meal here this evening. We celebrated Valentine's Day.They have a nice salad bar, but of course you have to be really careful not to fill up on salad or you will be unable to enjoy the delicious bites of the wide variety of meats that they offer ! A few of our favorites are the filet mignon, the top sirloin, the bottom sirloin, the little chicken drumettes -the bacon wrapped chicken, the pork ribs, and they are now offering caramelized, pineapple, sliced right off the sword. My granddaughter and I could not get enough and probably had about four or five servings. It was absolutely delicious. They also bring a basket of Brazilian rolls, a small side of mashed potatoes and a small side of plantains , in all honesty they are really not needed, but it's very nice and makes your meal complete. I have to tell you those Brazilian cheese rolls are addictive!!!I didn't realize that Bitelo's is family owned and operated ! I was chatting with one of the young gentlemen that bring around the tasty meats and told him that I recognized many of the people that were serving and the manager as well and that's when I found out they are all siblings. That's truly amazing. They do an absolutely incredible job of customer service. In fact I don't know other restaurants where they pull your chair out. Wait for you to sit down, put your chair back in and place your napkin back in your lap! They are just so respectful and so kind. The ambience is very nice. They play some music in the background it's pleasant, but it definitely does not cause problems when you converse it's kept fairly low volume wise. The dining area is quite large and they have a beautiful bar on one side of the room, we also noticed a private dining area , so I'm sure that can be utilized for special events.The three of us really enjoyed our meal and had a great time !!!

Took my grandma here for her birthday, exceptional service all the servers were so attentive with both my grandparents, pulling back their chairs and everything.And the food.... Even the simple salad bar.... DELICIOUS! Definitely getting back here again, very very tasty food!!! I'm a foodie and I can say that this is one of the best I've been to!I'm so glad my grandma loved it because she was the one we celebrated for her birthday.Lovely servers, perfect ambiance (classy/formal), and SCRUMPTIOUS food!10 out of 10.

My family and I came here a few days before thanksgiving this year. The moment we walked into the restaurant we were greeted with the kindest staff and practically had the place to ourselves. To be honest I don't understand why this Brazilian steakhouse isn't packed with people. It's possible the location is the reason as it is located in a random strip center in the suburbs of cedar park. The salad bar was packed with fresh salads, raw/roasted vegetables, different types of charcuterie options and more. The meat options are what you find at typical Brazilian steakhouses which were seasoned very well and served piping hot, fresh off the grill. The stand outs for me was the garlic house picanha and ribeye, I literally could not get enough. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant, the service and food is top notch.

Great service and food was amazing. Highly recommended. The place was quiet and peaceful when I was dining there. Very good overall. It was my birthday and celebrated it there.

I went to celebrate a few big milestones for the year. This was one of the best meals I have EVER had! The drinks take me back to Brazil every time. The food here is just amazing and the service even more impeccable. Mother's Day was so fun and I am grateful they fit me in on such a big Holiday. This speaks to the service and their recognition of regulars to accommodate a single party when they had such huge families.The vibe was amazing and two families even asked me to join theirs because we were having so much fun with the staff.I have food details included in my initial review and the pics show the atmosphere. Thank you to the hostesses and all the staff!Tips: best to make a reservation. You can't order the food at the bar so again, make a reservation, sit back and enjoy the deliciousness!!

Nut allergy friendly: Only one of the desserts has nuts.We had a reservation and were seated very promptly!Salad bar: Decent variety. Highlights for me were the candied bacon and shiitake mushrooms. Family loved the heart of palm. The salad bar is overall very pure, with minimal sauces on the vegetables.Sausage (3/5): Adequate, a bit salty.Chicken wrapped with bacon (3.5/5): Also a bit salty, but very flavorful and tender.Filet mignon wrapped in bacon (4/5): Perfect medium rare bite. I think it'd be better without the bacon adding saltiness.House Special Top Sirloin (5/5): One of the best, most flavorful cuts. Ask for doubles. Pork rib (2.5/5): Extremely tender, but a little game-y. Bottom Sirloin Prime Rib (2-4/5): Interesting bark, also very tender, more pure steak flavor and less salty. My first piece was very tender but my second was for some reason quite dry.Top Sirloin Picanha with House Sauce (5/5): Also perfectly tender, and the house sauce adds a unique spice kick.. delicious! I prefer the house sauce to the garlic one (4/5).Ribeye (4.5/5): Got a little too much fat, but the meat was excellent, tender and not too salty. Lamb (5/5): Perfect lamb.The Leg of Lamb is even better with the lemon pepper reduction they use (6/5).There's a pasta and rice bar in the corner that I didn't even notice til the end, if anyone needs carbs.Overall, this is one of the more "pure" Brazilian steakhouses I've been to, with commitment toward service and quality of meat with less sauces on the salad bar. A really great experience.Their post-meal coffee candies are also awesome!

What a great night out. Started with exceptional salad bar. Every bite of meat was awesome. I especially liked the filet and bottom sirloin. Grilled pineapple, yum. Great service from the minute we walked in the door. Great ambiance.

I made a reservation and when we arrived we were seated right away. I ordered the top shelf Caipirinha and it was strong but refreshing. The cheese bread was delicious and fresh. The fried banana and garlic mashed potatoes were also good. The highlights of the meat cuts were the chicken, sirloin, garlic pichana, and ribeye. The bacon wrapped chicken was a bit salty. Some of the meat cuts were also fatty. I had the flaming cheesecake for dessert. It wasn't too sweet and the ice cream was a nice touch. I would recommend visiting this Brazilian steakhouse.

Best spot in the area for a great and efficient dinner. Probably the best brazilian steak house in the austin area, service is amazing and the food is all good. Every staff member is very attentive, your water will never be empty. The brazilian cheese and honey is a nice touch and a good way to end the meal. 10/10
