Always very good. Only wish they had more hours besides 11am - 1pm weekdays. This is NOT hospital food!

Best lunch in town!! Don't let the 'hospital' location scare you. John and his fantastic staff has great daily specials, burger of the week and of course, a Healthy Choice daily selection. You can't beat the prices and you can call ahead to place your order and eat in or have it made to go. I've been eating there for years and highly recommend Bistro 71.Donna C.

Very hard to single out one meal that exceeds expectations because they all do. You have to give 'em a try. Bistro 71 is located inside Smithville Regional Hospital and has by far the best food in the area.
