Birrieria Mama Rosa

First thing I have to say is bless the hands who prepared my plate today. The birrieria tacos were incredible, packed with a load of meat and cheese, and very fresh ingredients. Favorite thing was the consomé, they didn't hesitate on the portions and was extremely flavorful, enhanced every bite!!!!P.S Be careful when trying to park, there is a steep hill going into the parking lot. Definitely caught me and my car off guard lolRecommend any day especially if you want to sleep good

We tried most of their different items and we probably didn't need to as they are for the most part variations of the birria - which was fantastic!The mini green and red sauces were very spicy!I would like to get a cup of the birria with meat. The meat was so tender and had good pieces (no large pieces of fat or gristle). Nothing was too oily but everything was soft and very flavorful. The birria ramen was our least favorite. The loaded queso and the birria itself was our favorite.

Quesabirria - this is where it's at. Great quesabirria, the melted mozzarella cheese really takes the birria to a new level! Everything about this was great, I loved dipping it in the birria sauce.Burrito - solid burrito, well wrapped. I still prefer other options here and still have my favorite burrito spot as Burrito Factory.

There are 3 locations fir this pink truck Austin Pflugerville and Manor. All locations are simply the best. Fresh and delicious.

Few things in this world make me as happy as birria tacos. I used to work very close to Mama Rosa, they were so good I had to venture out to their new location when the birria hungers hit.Atmosphere: Food truck service. Can't miss it, it's pink. So atmosphere may vary depending on where they are parked for the day.Food: The birria here is spectacular and their choices of what kind are exactly what any taco and cheese lover wants. You'll find the usual selection found around Austin, that being the tacos, a pizza, quesadilla, and sometimes ramen. I can happily say I've tried all of them, with the pizza being my favorite. Something about the cheese with their mix of consomé is just pure bliss.Service: Friendly service. Food truck style service so no real interaction but every time I've gone they're nice. Easily would return especially since they service mostly the North Austin area. If you ever need a birria taco fix, come on over.

Absolutely delicious birria! I'm from a border town and it's so hard finding good Mexican food in Austin (despite many people claiming otherwise).Their birria tacos are very fresh and tasty, filled with moist meet and cheese. Their sides are also pretty good! Highly recommend. :)

I'm not sure if I was at the same location, but I got food from this truck and it was so good! Service was not fast food pace, which is fine because the food is so worth it! We took our food to go because seating wasn't available at the truck we went to but. LORD that quesabarria special had us in love. Genuinely sad i don't leave near here because those barría tacos are to die for

Visiting from HOU, pleased to say that this is the best quesabirria tacos I've ever had to date. Not as oily as other tacos I've had and well stuffed with meat. Shaded tables to sit at and service was fast. $13.99 for the quesabirria special and worth it imo c: 10/10!

Ordered 4 Birria tacos, I only recorded 3. When I called he basically told meme he put 4 tacos in the bag. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Tacos were good but bad business..

A pink trailer tucked in the back of convenience store parking lot off of North Loop and Avenue F, is where you'll find some great birria tacos. I've been hearing many a good review of Birrieria Mama Rosa, so I decided to stop in. I had the birria tacos at few places, and every place has their own way to cook. Everyone does have added at no charge, cilantro, onions, consume of some type, and sauces available. Some consumes are a little more greasy than others and some have more meat than others. The ones here were stuffed with more meat than at other places I've been too. The flavor of each place is different, but that makes each of the unique. I'll be sure to be back for another round. I did stop to pick up a Big Red to go along with it.
