recommend to order ahead!stopped by here on a visit to Austin and was not disappointed whatsoever.soft, perfectly done biscuits and the chicken was even better! it is a little slow as it is a very popular spot, i recommend ordering ahead to save you some time!small little building with a nice aesthetic. will be back the next time im in the area!

I heard about this place frommy daughter. I finally had the opportunity to try them since I am in town. It's very self driven, you walk up to only one kiosk and you place your order to go. Once you get a text message that your order is ready, you pick it up from a window. They do have seats surrounding the building.I am not a fan of this type of service because, this was my first time and I had no idea what I should have ordered. They do not have anyone standing near to offer suggestions, it's pretty much a IYKYK type of business. I took a leap and ordered what you see pictured. The parking sucks, just an FYI. The service is good, they stated coming out to deliver food. I loved the biscuit and jam...but the breading on the chicken came off entirely. It was too much breading and the egg was basic. I would however, just buy the biscuits next time.

I didn't personally get off to order because it was freezing cold outside but was told they have a great process of making your order once submitted at the kiosk. I ordered the Little Bird which consisted an egg over medium with a slice of cheddar cheese inside a deliciously buttery flaky homemade biscuit. My only regret was not buying another biscuit for later. My husband ordered the Bird Bird Bacon which consisted bacon, egg, cheddar cheese and bacon-infused chipotle mayo. I will most definitely be back when I come back to Austin.

Biscuit was way too greasy, chicken needed more flavor and had too much breading. It was very large but because it was too much breading and not enough chicken. The service was good though! They were fast and very attentive. Beware there is a struggle to park and if you want to eat there - think again. There is VERY limited seating.

Bird Bird Biscuit was A+. Their menu had a simple list of options which is always great. The parking lot was small from what I could tell. I ordered online and picked up at the window. It was ready when it said was going to be. The person that handed me the food was friendly. I can't speak to dining there. But I decided to go with the queen beak. I'm not a fan of spicy food, but I am trying to be adventurous so I left it as is and added cheese and an egg. The chicken was so tender. I'm not a big fan of fried chicken, but this one was juicy. The flavors were so good on this biscuit and it was all very fresh! The top of the biscuit was a little too stiff for my liking, but I may be unique that I love crumbling súper soft biscuits. But it was amazingly good!! Def will keep you full for a long while. So when you want to indulge in this type of treat, this is a must try!!

Note: This review is for a DoorDash order.I kept hearing about this place on social media and decided to give it a try. The biscuits were absolutely amazing!I ordered the Lovely Day (non-breaded) chicken sandwich. I didn't have high hopes for it, but I was pleasantly surprised. As a fried chicken sandwich lover, I'm shocked that the non-fried chicken was so delicious--I'd definitely order it again.My husband got the Firebird and was very happy with it. I can see why this place is all over social media, and I'd even go as far as to say it's one of my new favorites! Their biscuits are just as perfect as their sandwiches.

My son wanted to take me here, and I was blown away. His girlfriend said if she lived in ATX, she's eat here every day. I know why! Son ordered the Queen Beak - spicy chicken filet with chipotle mayo. I got the biscuits & gravy with chicken sausage patty. The biscuits are nothing like what this Northeasterner thought was "good" before! First, it is a large biscuit. Second, it was flaky and had a great exterior crust. But the interior was fluffy & moist. Amazing. Also had to try the Dough Dough with a side of spicy honey. Delicious cinnamon sugar donut bites that we dipped into the honey which was not spicy at all, despite the spices floating in it. Would highly recommend!

If you are a biscuit lover and adore hearty biscuit sandwiches, look no more. The biscuits are very large, warm, flaky, and just the right amount of dense. The fried chicken is also large and fried perfectly and together with the biscuit, they make for a hearty meal just by itself. I ordered Queen Beak and the spiced black pepper honey sauce and bacon infused chipotle mayo paired well with the chicken. As someone who's not crazy about biscuit especially in sandwiches, I did find the biscuit to be too thick and couldn't finish it all, but anyone who's a fan of biscuits would easily love this place. Their fries were hot and tasty as well. I highly recommend ordering their dill aioli to dip the fries in, it's probably the most flavorful aioli I've ever tried.If I were to return I would love to try their biscuit by itself with a side of their blueberry jam or other dips and sauces. They seem to make most of their dips from scratch and do it very well.

This is THE biscuit. Per everyone's suggestion we ordered the queen beaks and an order of the biscuits and gravy. It was amazing. By far the biggest chicken biscuit I've ever had. Easily could share between two. Biscuit was flaky and buttery and chicken was freshly fried and uniquely flavored. Order online or on the kiosk. Staff was friendly as well.

Probably the best chicken biscuit I've ever eaten!!! The service was great and everything was fresh! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!
