Bella Tacos

This taco truck is a hidden gem inside a gas station's parking lot on S Bell Blvd next to the highway. There's no sign, so you just have to know it (which makes it even cooler). Apparently, there were a lot of people who knew about it (because cars and people kept coming while we were waiting for our order and afterwards while we were eating in our car (it was too cold to eat outside that day). They have a few picnic tables and a stand under a cover next to the truck.The service was fast and friendly. Their portion size was just right for the price. Their tacos though were delicious and we also loved the green sauce which was creamy with some (or shall I say a lot of)kick! We got their egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast tacos (not bad), pastor (tender meat and so good), beef fajita (delicious), and last but not least chicharrones. The chicharrones taco is my jam. They used the thick cut with some fat which was legit, I squeezed some provided lime, and the green sauce; I was a happy camper! Oh and it's a plus for me when I can choose the types of tortilla (corn or flour) for each taco. All in all, you're missing out if you haven't checked them out yet. We would go for their novelty tacos and other items instead of breakfast tacos next time and call to place a to-go order ahead of time.

Breakfast tacos were delicious. Would recommend and go back again. The person taking orders is no-lingual (English and Spanish) so don't be shy ordering in your native language. Tacos for everyone!

Very impressed with this little taco truck. It looks well established as there is a covered eating area. The lady working the orders was extremely friendly. Shout out to her for being a self described fellow nerd. Ha As far as the food goes. We had sausage tacos that my cousin said blow any other food truck away. I loved the bacon egg and cheese tacos I had. My dad had a ham, egg, and cheese that was also reported to be ok. The debrado (sp?) beef with tomato. I really liked it. Someone had a chicken quesadilla and thought it was good. Everything seems fresh.

Great food and prices. The ladies working the truck are fabulous and friendly. I really enjoyed some tacos and their chicken quesadillas.

Always a good solid breakfast.Looks like menu prices have gone up on some items, but I'm sure their cost has gone up. Still a good value and great food.My only gripe is they're not open Sunday, but as it's family-run, they need at least one day off. And I'm fairly sure most of their business is the construction crowd early on weekday mornings.

Highly recommend. Their tacos for breakfast and lunch are the best! I love their chicken tacos and their Tortas and Gorditas are great.

The food was awesome WOW we had 4 Barbados tacos ala mexicana. Thank you so much for a great experience. we loved it.

We order Pastor and Barbacoa tacos. 8 in total because we love authentic Mexican street tacos. These are not those. The pastor is chewy, lacking the flavor it should have as marinated pork. It should be roasted on a spit with pineapple...it's easy and they messed it up.The barbacoa was also a 5 out of 10. Chewy meat served in mass quantity. Sorry. Absolutely not worth it when the tacos are also $3.75. This is a $1.50 taco.

I often call ahead for Bacon and egg breakfast tacos! Always ready for pick up on the way to work! Tacos are bit small and pricey though. Staff is nice.

Their tacos are small, but they keep making them more expensive. They are greedy about giving you salsa for your tacos.
