BBQ FIENDS

We recently had an event at a brewery where this BBQ truck was stationed (Rockabilly Brewery), and they absolutely blew us away! I reached out to them ahead of time to let them know we'd have a group ordering meals, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The owner went above and beyond, personally walking each order to our group one by one, which I truly appreciated-it's a lot of work, and it didn't go unnoticed!The food was phenomenal. Everyone in our group raved about how delicious it was, and even the pickiest eaters (including kids!) cleaned their plates. I ordered the two-meat plate with turkey sausage, rice, and potato salad, and everything was bursting with flavor--no complaints whatsoever. I had a bite of the the tacos and chopped brisket sandwich. They are not shy with the meat and the it was chef's kiss.This BBQ truck is a gem, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend them for great food and outstanding service!

I admit, I don't get my socks blown off by barbecue much these days, but I'll be darned if this isn't some of the best I've had in a long time. Usually, I go for whatever leftovers they're serving up for Too Good To Go, so I've tried brisket sandwiches and three meat plates that way.All time favorite item is the street corn. My family has to pry it out of my cold dead hands if they want me to share it. I also love the ribs and the brisket sandwiches. Just really well done barbecue. The prices are pretty high for a food truck (at least, in my opinion), but you get what you pay for. Or you go the cheap route like me and get the leftovers.

We tried for the first time and will be back! The brisket burger was perfection. 10 stars. It wasn't overly greasy, it had the perfect smoke flavor without it being overpowering, and the pickles and onions were the perfect compliments. The pork ribs were fall off the bone yet he enough chew to be substantial. They were an excellent. The turkey was my favorite (and that's saying something!). Perfectly smoked and juicy. It was great. We had 2 types of sausage. One was smoked sausage like you'd find at a BBQ restaurant and the second was like a tamale sausage. It had chunks of masa (I think) in it. They were both great. I regret forgetting to pick up sauce but the food was so good even without. We will be back!

Everything on BBQ Fiends menu is fantastic. The brisket is the absolute best in Texas and their choriqueso sausage is like nothing I have had before, it's a standout for sure. Also, their brisket tacos come on homemade flour tortillas with a house made tomatillo hot sauce. Everything is fresh and made from scratch!
