We were pleasantly surprised when we stopped in for lunch during happy hour.Food comes out quickly and is reasonably priced ($2-5 off regular priced rolls + most appetizers are ~$10 each). The rolls are a bit heavy handed with rice and sauce, but a good option if you're looking for a quick bite under $50 for two.HH Days + Hours: M-Sat 4-7pm, Sun all day!

Been coming here for over a decade. Glad to see it's still just as good. I come here for their golden lion role. Something about the lemon slice that really makes this roll one of my favorites in town. We came on a Saturday night at 8pm with a rezzy and our table was ready. Service is great and food comes out fast. It's always really loud here but the music is good and it's the downtown party vibe. It's very dark inside as well. Miso soup: 8/10Shrimp tempura: 9/10 Golden lion: 11/10Shaggy dog: 9.5/10Flying dragon: 7/10 (little soggy) Spicy girl: 8/10 Volcano: 9/10Love at first sight: 7/10 (apparently a popular roll but not a favorite for us)Cocktails were great too. Loved the lychee martini. 4 stars mainly due to only having 2 restrooms (one unisex each) so the wait can get long and annoying. Outside of this, love this spot and looking forward to coming back.

I've been here many times and every time I've had a good experience. The service is good, the vibes are great, and the food is delicious. Both the Rainbow Roll and the Shaggy Dog Roll were delicious. The Shaggy Dog was definitely my favorite though! They also have a great happy hour!

On Sunday, it's all day happy hour which is really nice because you can eat off the happy hour menu anytime and there's a lot of selection. My friend and I were able to sit right behind the bar. It was around 3 PM so it wasn't crowded yet. Parking is kinda hard so just plan for that. We ordered a mock tail that was delicious with hibiscus mint and something else. We ordered a couple of skewers (baby octopus and beef are my fav) , a couple of rolls and you can get really full and it's yummy. Staff are really great.

Barchi sushi offers a wide variety menu featuring all of your favorite Asian dish cuisines. From sushi, rice plates, noodles, and small and large plates. In downtown with a great vibe with it being very active on a Friday night. I didn't have to wait to long for a table. The food was good but didn't blow me away the bill can add up with 2-3 people. The staff was friendly and everything came out in a timely manner. They also have a happy hour offering a lot of great food and drink specials.

Barchi is such a solid sushi place. We had a group of like 15 on a Wednesday night and we couldn't have had better service. Big groups are so annoying and complicated but the waitress was so kind and patient with us. Everything we had was SO good. Big barchi fan!!!

Mediocre at best, extremely inconsistent. I give it a 3/5 because I have actually had maybe two really good experiences but the other 3 times were so unfortunate and disappointing. The staff are nice, restaurant is extremely dark and loud. The food is just so hard to recommend when there are much better and consistent options. It's a hard sell since they aren't exactly cheap either but they are conveniently situated in downtown I suppose. I wouldn't recommend since there are better options with better price points but it seems like they try (sometimes).

*I don't eat sushi so the review of those items comes from my companions.We came with a large group for happy hour and this place did not disappoint! Great cocktails$5 appetizers and $5 cocktails. All of the food that came out of the kitchen was on point and delicious. I had shrimp tempura and gyoza. Both were perfect.This spot is definitely worth a return trip.

I ordered the bacon and scallop skewer, ceviche tostada, shiitake mushroom skewer, grilled squid, dynamite roll, and coconut pineapple juice. The only thing I would get again is their shiitake mushroom skewer. I might go again and just get that only. It had an umami and charred taste but still juicy, so good! I went on a Sunday so it's happy hours all day. The ceviche tostada was the worst. It was flavorless and fish didn't taste good. The bacon and scallop was decent. The dynamite roll crawfish was a bit underseasoned and it came out cold. The grilled squid need a bit more flavor. The coconut pineapple juice was more like coconut milk and pineapple. I was thinking of them using coconut juice because of the name.
