Baldinucci Pizza Romana

Well done, Baldinucci!As an Italian who's lived in Italy for 30 years, I can confidently say this pizza has nothing to envy from an authentic pizzeria. The dough is light and airy, the ingredients are top-notch, and the style is the perfect blend of Roman pizza and New York-style. The Margherita was solid, the Nonna was tasty with a nice touch of fresh tomato and garlic, but the Pepperoni? A bit of a letdown--the salami needed more flavor and generosity.The place is family-owned, and you can feel the heart behind it. The interior is clean and modern--no red-checkered tablecloths or plastic grapevines, but still warm and inviting. Seating is first-come, first-served, and if you show up when a party of 20 is taking all the place (like we did), you might have to wait or sit outside. And just when we thought we were done, the gelato called our name. Creamy, smooth, and dangerously good. The Stracciatella was spot-on, and the Pistachio? Rich, nutty, and with that perfect hint of almond.Would we come back? Try and stop us!

This place has it going on. It's got the coolest mom and pop feel, the prices are right, and the food is absolutely fantastic. You can get slices of any number of unique pizza options, you can get fresh made gelato, and you can sit in or outside at this strip mall Italian joint.The service is a touch slow, but that is because they truly spend time talking with each customer upon ordering at the counter. We were given some fantastic recommendations, and will definitely be back.

Love love love the pizza and the garlic knots. However the cheesecake tastes & smells like the refrigerator, please fix this!! I will continue to be a customer but I'd love the cheesecake to be more fresh.

First time at Baldinucci to try the Roman style pizza and really enjoyed it. I appreciate that I can buy the pizza by the slice, each slice is around 6 to 8 dollars. They have a variety of topping options and we especially enjoyed the red sauce pizzas. My favorite was the hot sausage and grandma's pizza (Nonna). I really enjoyed the crust. They also have New York style pizza and gelato. I've heard great things about their garlic nuts, but I didn't get to try that this time. They're located in a plaza so there's plenty of shared parking.

I've been meaning to check out Baldinucci for a while now since it's down the street from my work. Super cute location! I can't wait to come back and enjoy sitting on their patio since the weather has started to cool off a bit. I appreciated that they had a water station outside for guests. I came this day for lunch with my voted sticker to get a slice of NY cheese pizza. The garlic knots looked really great too though! But I told myself no you don't need that much bread today ha my pizza was delicious and has a scrumptious crust. It's fluffy yet crunchy. Not too doughy.The staff was super nice and offered to warm up my pizza for me to take to go. From the case display all of their pizzas look absolutely delicious and they have wine too! I can't wait to come back for lunch and try some more pizza!

Great pizza place! You can buy per slice or a whole pizza depending on the size of your party. I've had them for a large party and now for lunch. Inside area is small but the turnover is pretty quick. Staff was helpful and responsive. We'll definitely be back.

Both their pizza and gelato are delicious. Servers are very sweet. The pizzeria is not large, but it's clean.

Numerous different slices available at Baldinucci and all of them are great. They specialize in New York style pizza and they surely deliver. Great local option to take out pizza for a movie night or a night in!

Delicious New York style pizza and sandwiches! Friendly staff and plenty of choices! Fast and efficient for either dine in or takeout. They have wine, soda, and gelato too! Love the mortadella slice as well as the Italian hero! I love everything I have eaten here, and we order here a lot!

A-Ma-Zing!!! I had the focaccia style slice with tomatoes, fresh basil and mascarpone. It was insanely good! True perfection with the focaccia like a pillow of soft, airy goodness on top with a beautiful necessary crunch on the bottom of the crust. When heated the mascarpone melts, and it was truly the perfect bite. Can't wait to try other ingredient combos.
