Food was still good after 20 years. I'm surprised that nobody comes here for lunch. It was a Tuesday at Noon and there were 3 tables. Cheese enchiladas were good the chili sauce nice and salty. The greasy taco next to it was awesome. Good to be back to hippieville South Austin.

This was by far the BEST Mexican food I've had since arriving in Austin a year ago. Reminiscent of California/Baja food, the beef guisada was generous and delicious. The rice was just like abuela's, tender, fluffy and generous. I enjoyed the beans and tortillas that accompanied the meal and made a great choice in ordering a cheese enchilada ala carte. Service was fast, friendly and everything was perfectly perfect!!

I really enjoy going here for a happy hour, and getting ceviche! That said, the limitations for me are that as a person who needs to eat gluten-free it's not marked on their menu and there are limited options for me and other Mexican food places have more for me to choose from, and it's clear met what I can have and what I should avoid.Aside from that, the service is inconsistent - sometimes it's slow and sometimes it's great. Overall, I would give it 3 1/2 half out of five stars if I were rating it by that measure.

I've been here a few times and have enjoyed it each time! The staff is friendly, the food is good, and I like the vibes. I normally get their enchiladas and it hits every time but my absolute favorite thing is their guava margarita. Its one of the best drinks I've ever had!

My vegan sopes were delicious. Ordered sopes without meat, cheese or cream. (They don't use lard, they use Olive oil which is great)free chips and salsa I don't have to pay extra for? Delicious margaritas? Count me in. Service was attentive and spectacular. Chill ambiance. Enjoyed myself at this place.
