Easy to order. Place has tables to sit. Great food and made to order! Prices are reasonable compared to the surrounding area.

Got a chicken and lamb over rice plate. There are so many things wrong with this. The meat tastes dry and old, the rice has no seasoning or flavor, and the veggies and side choices are not cohesive with the plate. This is my first chicken and lamb over rice in Austin, and it'll probably be my last. So many other cities do it SOOO much better than this. Avoid at all costs, even if it's late night and you're drunk and starving.

I am typing this from a food coma, so if anything is misspelled, blame AGH not me!I basically manifested these cheese fries and the. Took them to a whole 'nother dimension! I had been craving cheese fries for three days and mentioned it to someone who recommended a different restaurant on Dirty 6, that has waffle fry nachos. But then I saw Austin Gyro Halal. The parking was easy, as it is a food truck located in a pay to park lot, so I decided to give 'em a whirl. And babyyyyyy, mama's tummy is HAPPY with a capital H!Fries over cheese is what the menu will say, but I'm extra and I always want more. More cheese, more meat, more sauce, more crisp!The chef literally pulled me to the side of the truck to get my approval of fry crispiness! This is the princess treatment my fat a$$ loves to see! 10 out of 10, that amazing customer commitment alone would make me return.And then I saw my plate These thick cut fries hold their own amongst the sea of meat and ooey gooey cheesy sauciness. (I hope you that you are salivating, because if you aren't, you should be!) These probably won't reheat well, but are so generous in portion, that I couldn't possibly eat the whole tray in one sitting. This is probably food that you are supposed to eat after several libations. However, in broad daylight and completely sober, I sat and STUFFED MY FACE! I will never be the same! It's alright! The meat was a bit dry but everyone was really nice. The #10 mixed chicken and gyro was $13 before tax. Lots of veggies. Spicy!

My first night in Austin, I ordered a gyro salad from a food truck similar to Austin Gyro Halal and mixed them up: I went here and asked for my Yelp online order, and they were like "What??" I showed them the mobile order and they pointed me in the right direction. They were so nice about it, I told them I'd be back within the next few days. They probably laughed and thought I was just saying that, but I really did come back for food! I enjoyed my 22. Beef & Lamb Kabab Kofta Wrap and 31. Meat over Fries with gyro meat after a long Sunday spent working at a conference. (Attending.) I was so tired and hungry when I left, and Austin Gyro Halal really hit the spot. They gave me lots of meat and it was very flavorful. Love the service too! They have fun and it shows.

No doubt prob 5 stars for the locals. But I've had a mixed plate in about 12 cities in the US and this is a tier below the best. I love the portion, meat ratio, the little salad too. But I thought the chicken was under seasoned, there wasn't enough spice(after I had asked to make it spicy) and I was hoping for more sauce/onions.

I ordered the Gyro Plate via Doordash and was very satisfied; one of the better places in my opinion... so tasty that I ordered from them 3 times during my stay in Austin.Hopefully next time I can stop by in-person to try something new/different!

food: good! i got the 37- fry mozzarella cheeses aka mozzarella sticks and 33- dorma. my friend got the 14- beef & lamb kabab plate and she liked it too. it was great to have after a long night in dirty sixth service: everything was right, but we were left waiting. had to go up to see if my order was ready. it's okay though-it's a food truck soambiance: a good amount of chairs/benches to sit around. it is outside, so expect normal downtown outside behavior from many others on the streets of austin

Best of the best. Amazing flavor lot of good stuffs on the menu. Fast service. Very neat and clean.

Bad service, do not go here they do not take ur order unless you do specific rules on sign.
