Visited again for the same dishes: Asian-style spicy beef filet and pan-fried tofu. Everything was exactly what I wanted! The owners were friendly and checked in on how the meal was going, just like last time. I love how tender the beef was. (Note: I didn't finish everything, so I asked for a takeout box. The beef was still incredibly tender when I reheated it at home.)Since we ordered two dishes, we received two bowls of rice. The way the rice was piled into the bowl, like a little mountain, was a friendly touch from the restaurant.I also decided to get Stir-Fried Flat Rice Noodles with Beef to go. The dish was satisfying but had more vegetables than I expected. My ideal version would have less onion and cabbage and maybe include some leeks, but overall, I still appreciated it.

We tried this place a few weeks ago, and it was fantastic! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. We especially loved the spicy dumplings and the fish--both were bursting with flavor. The service was impressively fast, making the experience even better. The staff wasn't super friendly but regardless of that highly recommend!

Ordered the lunch special of chicken and vegetables with rice. Also ordered a side of fried pork dumplings. Both were excellent but the chicken and vegetables in the white sauce really stood out. I initially was going to get the chicken with asparagus but thought I might want the chicken with the mushrooms and the nice lady at the counter said why not get the chicken and vegetables cuz it has both! The sauce was very mild and very tasty at the same time. Even though it's a lunch special it was enough for both of us along with the pork dumplings. Can't say enough good things about this place. They always deliver such high quality meals and their menu is extremely varied.

This place I assume is authentic Asian. There are no signs whether or not to sit yourself and when we did sit for almost 10 minutes before walking to the front to ask if we should order at counter. Yes, and no waiters.The food was mostly really good with large portions. The shrimp fried rice was a little weird. It was white? And not many shrimp in this dish. The soup bowls could feed a family of 8!The biggest problem was I didn't see any ice anywhere. The water and tea were room temp and that might be a little too authentic!

Looked up this little restaurant after a doctor's appointment and decided to give it a try. Location is in a small shopping area that wasn't crowded, that had plenty of parking, easy access to the establishment. The restaurant was roomy, tables only, no booths. They hand you a menu and you order and pay for your food first. Asian cafe had a pretty good selection of dishes, appetizers, soups, and drinks. I ordered the beef broccoli and shared an egg drop soup and my spouse ordered the Chong Chin chicken containing plenty of peppercorns and Szechuan peppers. We did not have to wait long for our order. Our food arrived neatly displayed in the plates along with a good size bowl of egg drop soup. Everything was fresh, hot, and the flavors were out of this world. You could taste the ginger, garlic, lemon grass, and the rest of the delicious spices combining them all to deliver quite the punches and explosions of flavor. The portions were large and filling. My beef broccoli tasted great. The meat was very tender, and served in a brown sauce. Very flavorful. I could taste the fresh spices in the dish. Very authentic. I also got to eat some of the Chon Chin dish which consisted of tiny, crispy, fried pieces of chicken mixed in with great tasting flavors. The chicken was crispy, and juicy. It was spicy as we wanted it to be. It had peanuts that were roasted just right with thin, tiny slivers of roasted fresh ginger. Absolutely delicious. At times you could get the great taste of lemon grass and garlic. The egg drop soup was so comforting and just reminded me of the holidays for some reason. The food was the undeniably the best tasting Asian food we have had. The way they blended in their ingredients was perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive. we could not have asked for better tasting Asian food. Definitely would recommend this establishment to you all.

It's the worst Chinese restaurant in Austin. Worst service, the cashier and her son, or maybe her husband, keep chatting and ignore customers. I happen to know Chinese, and I know they were just gossiping. The food I ordered, beef noodle, does not feel hygiene, as my stomach got upset afterwards.
