As good as my Moms menudo! Really, nobody is more shocked than me. I've never been a large fan of interior style Mexican food but over the years I've learned to appreciate it. S/O PHX. I want to describe the Menudo but I'm speechless. Created the perfect balance of sniffles and sweat. My hangover has subsided. The fifth star was earned by the Barbacoa de Cabrito. Don't know if I've ever seen this in TX but now I'm going to have some every weekend. They only do both on the weekends. The verde salsa is special. DIRECTIONS: ITS IN THE CHEVRON
