The small town burger shack you hope it is.Limited menu sticking with burgers, fries, tots, pulled pork, and chicken fried steak sandwich.Burgers are generous, about 1/3rd or 1/2 lbs.Iced tea on tap, everything else is bottled. But they do have a decent selection including examples from Dublin bottling works.Table seating is limited with some outside patio seating available. I was seeing to-go orders being made as well, so that might be an option too.Other people mentioned the price... burger is twice the price of a big mac, but it's also twice as good.

I found the Andice general store from a recommendation from friend in the Georgetown Texas area. I was told that this was a great place to get a great burger. That was an excellent recommendation.This little store in a tiny Hamlet is actually a wonderful burger stand. When I walked in the really kind staff was helpful and gave me good advice on what to order. The store has wooden picnic tabless inside and out for sitting at. The food was served quickly and served hot. I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. It was great! The prices were reasonable, and staff was friendly. The little store was well stocked with soda and beer of old American brands. The menu included several burger options, fries, onion rings and some tacos. I am so glad I found this little gem, and that my friends recommended it. I will be back!

I've been to Andice General Store at least 10 times in the last 5 years and I have to say that this is my top place for a bacon cheeseburger and fries in Austin! On the quest to find the best bacon cheeseburgers I had this place in my top 3 in austin forever. The reason I say it's the best is because of the consistency of a solid cheeseburger on every visit. The ratio of mustard, and mayo, along with the fresh veggies, green leaf lettuce and tomatoes, make. This burger exceptional. Don't get me wrong, there are other excellent cheeseburgers out there, but paired with the crinkle cut fries they are second to none! The employees are so nice and helpful, always checking to see how the quality of the food is. The store itself can get busy during lunch times and is a pretty good hike to get there, but that aside it is worth the trek! They have other menu items besides cheeseburgers such as chicken sandwiches, pulled pork and bbq brisket sandwiches, quesadillas, and even corn dogs. Haven't tried any of those yet because it's hard not to order these "to die for" bacon cheeseburgers when I step foot in there! And to top things off, my wife told the lady taking our order that I chose Andice burgers for my birthday lunch and they did this!! See picture Will definitely be back. Maybe weekly! Hmmm Good idea!

Back in Austin for work. Saw this location on a food show, so we had to come try it since it's only 30 minutes from the hotel. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly and placed our orders.I had the brisket taco (more of a burrito really), which was good. The brisket was moist but lacked that slow cooked bark. I also got a regular burger...solid! My buddy had the green chili burger, fries and onion rings. Everything came out hot and tasted fresh. This joint is out of the way but worth the drive.

The Bacon Cheeseburger w a side of Green Chilies was outstanding!The fries, well, I'm not a fan of crinkle cut and I assume they were frozen from Sysco or the sort.Although place was packed, the wait for food was surprisingly short.We enjoyed our visit so I'm not dinging them a star for the fries.

Food is great. The lady that takes your order is very friendly and helpful. The reason I'm leaving 3 stars instead of 5 is for value. 2 burgers, 1 order of fries and 2 drinks.... right at $40

Even when it's crowded the food is fast, as ordered, and delicious. The staff is friendly and I like having the option of indoor or outdoor seating.

The burger, fries, and abundant supply of different beers is awesome.The have heller high water honey too, which is real good as well.

Pedestrian burgers, for a premium price. Unless you just need a country drive, go to Moonie's Burgers off of Research. The fries are frozen, the meat isn't seasoned. The hype is just that hype.

Holy cow- IYKYK We had the BLT, onion rings , cheese burger and fries everything was delicious!They have SO MANY drinks. There might be 30 root beers , several orange sodas, cream soda !!It's a must stop place to grab some yummy food!!
