Always a favorite dinner spot for when I don't feel like cooking. Their burgers are great and the onion rings+fries combo is a must (maybe because I'm a glutton but also because they do both sooo well). Each burger I've had here has been a hit. Can't go wrong.Finally made a stop here during their Thursday steak special and it was not bad for a place that specializes in burgers. I enjoyed my steak! This is a neighborhood spot that does food and service great that keeps me coming back.

Great service from Dylan and the entire staff. We had a big group today and asked them to change a certain channel on the tv and they obliged. I loved my mushroom burger. The fried pickles were tasty. The other sandwiches looked tasty and the fish! They gave us a soup sample and I wish I took some to go. Frozen custard shakes!!I will definitely be back soon.

5280 Burger and Taphouse is now a rotating staple for me. Thur night steak night! $35 for prime ribeye or filet with salad and potatoes. We finally got a chance to stop in for steak night, and what a great meal! I chose the 13 oz prime ribeye, with Caesar salad and mashed potatoes. It got subbed for a different style of potatoes, but not mad at it. Staff here always friendly and love this spot!

Four star food, five star service. stopped into 5280 for dinner tonight and it was great! We were immediately greeted at the door and right away we knew we were going to be taken care of tonight. Sat outdoor and enjoyed the cooler weather while also having front row seats to tonight's game. Food: bacon cheeseburger, plain fries (classic! Cooked perfectly and flavorful) 4/5Prime steakhouse burger, truffle fries (so many yummy elements, would recommend) 4.5/5Mac and cheese (loved this soooo much) 5/5 Salted Carmel icecream (3/5 melty and meh) Service:Amazing. I came here for the Eagles game and the crowd is so lively here! This is a great place to watch football games if you're an Eagles fan. We got the appetizer platter which was very filling. The drinks were also well made!

This place is exactly what I want in a hometown restaurant/bar. The staff was friendly and personable. The owner engaged with patrons. A lot of people were there to watch the UT game. They have a lot of space and quite a few big TVs.I ordered wings and that's the one thing they could improve. There was simply not enough sauce (I'm sure they would've happily fixed that if I had asked). The burgers were juicy and cooked right.I realize this is a burger and taphouse place but.... I'm coming here for the ice cream! They'll make whatever your heart desires. It's a good thing I don't live closer to this place because I would be eating WAY too much of their ice cream. I'm not sure what to tell you other than to try it and find out for yourself how good it is.

Subhashree with Offline - this burger place hits the spot. staff was super friendly. where else in Austin can you get an appetizer, 2 burgers and fries and 2 alcoholic drinks for around $65. the fries and shishitos were crispy and the burger flavors were really innovative, I have never had such interesting flavor combos anywhere else. I got the ring of fire burger with a veggie patty and it was spicy and yummy! my partner got the nashville hot chicken and he also really enjoyed it. we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic Experience - Highly Recommend!We were in town for a soccer event and needed a spot for our group of 14 to grab a bite. I called just 45 minutes before arriving, and they were incredibly accommodating, seating us right away. From start to finish, everything was excellent!The food was absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked burgers with great flavor, and the sides were just as good. Service was fast and efficient, even with our large group. What really stood out was the hospitality. The owner took the time to walk around, greet customers, and check in on tables, which made us feel truly welcome.If you're looking for a great burger spot with outstanding service and a friendly atmosphere, this is the place.
