Zink Kitchen + Bar

Pretty good food for a hotel restaurant and a nice bar. Favorites were the crispy brussel sprouts, Caesar salad and the salmon entree.

We didn't try the food.Staff seemed nice enough but the menu was shortened and very minimal compared to what was posted online.Also, you have to pay for parking as it is connected to a hotel, $10.This seems a little outrageous being in the tech center.The bar was very loud and overpowering, it was very hard to hear my wife sitting just across the table.We decided to go elsewhere.

Server Doug was great! Have been going here for a long time. Zink has eliminated happy hour for some reason, although it is still on their social media. They do manage to hire good staff!

We took our family to the Thanksgiving buffet. While there was a wonderful assortment of salads, meats, vegetables and lots of desserts, the food was extremely salty. So salty that a couple of us felt our tongues burning. Why the need for all that salt is beyond me. It would have tasted excellent without so much. My husband paid the bill and I saw the total. I knew the price per each person but found that the bill total was high. Upon closer inspection, I saw that a better than 20% tip was automatically added to our bill. Since there were six of us, we were not surprised that a gratuity would be automatically applied. What troubles me is that 1) it was over 20% and this was a buffet and 2) the automatic gratuity was added at the TOP of the bill and there was a space for TIP amount in the usual spot under the subtotal. My husband didn't notice that the automatic tip was at the top so he put his usual rounded up 20% onto the bill. I asked him if he intended on giving an over $80 tip. Of course he didn't so he took the bill up to the front. He said that they promptly fixed the amount. All the staff were professional and friendly. The restaurant wasn't crowded and we didn't feel rushed. Our waitress made sure out water glasses were always full and kept our table cleared.

Solid happy hour - great prices and pretty good food even during peak covid. Would come again for sure!

I ate here this week a total of 5 times, 2x for dinner and 3 x for breakfast. Each experience was exceptional. I will star of with breakfast. The servers that work the morning shift are amazing. Probably one of the nicest groups of people I have encountered at a hotel restaurant. What I liked about their buffet is the quality of the food they served. You can truly taste the difference of quality of the food and ingredients here. Also a another huge benefit is they have made to order omelettes, pancakes, waffles etc...also as part of the buffet they have perfectly cooked bacon. This is so important to me:..in addition the chefs make great scrambled eggs. So many times they are dried out and disgusting. These were moist and cooked perfectly. My other 2 days I had a made to order omelette and each time it was cooked absolutely perfect and the omelette chef was so nice and friendly. For dinner the first night I had the salmon with fresh veggies sorry I didn't take a pic. However if you like salmon you are gonna like this. Cooked perfectly to a medium temp and a mustard based glaze it was so good. The next night mixed it up a little with bison meatballs, brussel sprouts with bacon and green chili soup. Everything was so delicious except I didn't care for the soup very much. However the meatballs and brussels were so good and upon returning I wound 100% get these again. It was such a pleasant surprise to find such a gem at a hotel. This doesn't happen very often ...whether traveling or a local this is a great spot to either grab a dink and an appetizer or to fully having a sit down meal you won't be disappointed here.

Made a reservation for dinner as we were attending a concert in the hotel. It took almost an hour to get our food. Maybe could have brought us an appetizer /salad while we were waiting so long for our food. Wasn't that busy at 5:30. We were about to leave just as it came. The food was actually really good. Not sure we'd go back though.

Why did I just pay $17.00 for a 4 bite arugula salad where the dressing was wayyy to sour. Never again. Hilton I'm a diamond member and spend A LOT of money with you... you KNOW your wrong for this !!!!!

Food was great, I had the chicken with risotto, chicken was a little overcooked but very tasty.

Exceptional service from Rob upon sitting down. Great drinks and food. The ambiance is quiet but fun.
