Yu's Noodle Shop is a new gem that truly delivers the goods, offering a menu brimming with options to please every palate, whether you're hankering for noodles, rice dishes, or soul-warming soups. The Dan-Dan Noodle steals the show--spicy enough to pack a punch but so delicious you'll find yourself coming back for more. I've made it a habit to try Dan-Dan wherever I can, and I think I've hit the jackpot here. Without a doubt, Yu's serves up the best Dan-Dan Noodles in Denver! This is a dish you can't afford to skip. The Chow Mein dishes also deserve a shoutout. The Beef & Jalapeño Chow Mein brings just the right amount of heat to keep things exciting, and the Veggie Chow Mein surprised us with how packed it was with flavor--it's the kind of dish you can't stop reaching for. When it comes to appetizers, the Xiao Long Bao and Spicy Wontons are worth their weight in gold. These comforting bites are winter cravings personified. And if you're in the mood for a bit of crunch, the Crispy Egg Rolls are just the ticket--they're a surefire way to hit the spot.Yu's isn't just about great food; the service is second to none, and the interior is clean, cozy, and welcoming. The cherry on top? You can actually peek into the kitchen and watch the chefs work their magic with hand-pulled noodles--it's like dinner and a show! This spot has won me over completely. Yu's Noodle Shop is now at the top of my list, and I'll be a regular in no time. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out on something truly special!

Yu's Noodle Shop fits the bill if you're craving in-house handmade noodles. When you arrive, there isn't a hostess table but the staff mentally keep track who came first for seating. There is a window where you can see them make the noodles. We ordered the beef pancake roll and the beef noodle soup. Our waiter recommended the dry chicken and asparagus noodle dish. Typically, I am not an asparagus fan, but the way they had stir fried the chicken (which was so tender) and the asparagus with the noodles was perfect. The noodles for the beef noodle soup was the perfect width and chewiness I want with this dish. The broth was also the right amount of spice. The only critique I have of the beef noodle soup was the beef shank itself, where it had been cut into bite size pieces instead of the traditional thick slices. They were also not as tender as I would have hoped them to be. The beef pancake roll was unimpressionable - the pancake was thick and not as much flavoring and the amount of the beef shank was minimal. Overall, the noodles are definitely the stand out star with the surprising favorite of the chicken and asparagus noodle dish.

Yu's Noodle Shop, a recent addition to the local dining scene, is already proving to be a standout. Opened in January, this spot manages to balance a bustling environment with impressive service. Even during a busy rush, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring food arrived promptly. The space itself is spotless and inviting, with an added treat for diners: a view of employees skillfully making noodles from scratch. It's a detail that sets the tone for the high-quality food to come. Speaking of the food, it's nothing short of exceptional. The beef noodle soup stole the show with its rich, flavorful broth and perfectly bouncy, chewy noodles. The pork potstickers were packed with flavor and expertly cooked, while the spicy wontons delivered an addictive depth of spice and savoriness. To round it all out, the cucumber salad offered a refreshing contrast with its bright and balanced flavors. Yu's Noodle Shop is an exciting new spot worth visiting, whether you're craving a hearty bowl of noodles or a selection of beautifully crafted sides. It's clear they've already hit their stride--this is a place to keep on your radar.

My family loves hand pulled noodles so when I heard this place opened we had to give it a try. We ordered the soup dumplings, which we enjoyed, two orders of pork belly noodle soup and the beef brisket noodle soup. If I could do 4.5 stars I would as the beef in the soup was chewy and not really that good, but everything was else was very tasty so I rounded up. I'm a huge fan of the tomato egg noodle dish but it's been hard to find in Denver so I was very pleased with this. The service was ok, a little spotty but they were very busy and I know they're pretty new. The restaurant itself is very pretty, clean and you can watch the guy making the noodles which is nice. My son has already asked to go back several times so I know we'll be back.

The restaurant is bright, clean. They have an area cordoned off so you can watch them make some of their homemade items. We were greeted with a smile and shown a booth, starting with egg rolls and spicy wontons. I wanted to try all the appetizers but settled on the Chicken Chow Mein - it was hot and delicious. It was not heavy, which made it even more appetizing. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Modern noodle cafe newly opened in Lone Tree. You can watch the noodle chef hand pull noodles through the gallery kitchen. The noodles and dumplings have a great "Q" texture. Xiao long bao's are full of soupy goodness. The wrapper is just thin enough but not too thick. My favorite was the spicy wontons. They were so good we didn't get a chance to take a picture. We'll definitely put this on our regular rotation.

Coming from California, I was excited to try this place! All their noodles are hand pulled and fresh! The flavors were really good, and the owners even gave us a complementary dish. The only thing that i wouldn't ever get is their beef pancake rolls. They used tortillas for the roll instead of traditional Taiwanese pancakes (with the flaky texture). The portion sizes are quite big as well!

Me and The Hubs stopped in for lunch about a week ago. After perusing the menu, we decided to share Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), Shrimp Chow Mein, and Chicken and Asparagus Noodle. Everything was super yummy. The noodles are fabulous! They are freshly made there and are 'toothsome'. And the portions were generous (including the shrimp in the chow mein). The staff are welcoming, and the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated (it is fairly small, tho). It's nice to have a noodle shop of this caliber in this part of town! I can't wait to go back and try some of their other items.
