If you want to avoid a long wait list at one of the DTC brunch spots and have your brunch experience elevated, then YaYa's Bistro might be your best option. That is exactly what my daughter and I did this past Sunday after an intense workout at the gym. We were hungry (protein hungry to be exact.) At the same time, she wanted some crepe to go with the protein. She was looking for eggs, steak type protein, and some potatoes. The nearby (famous) brunch spots had a long wait list. We simply didn't have the kind of patience for that. Upon research on Yelp, this place came up. Funny, I have dined at YaYa's at least a few times in the past and one time was definitely for a Sunday brunch (but it goes back to 2021 or so.) I was overdue for this place. Upon arrival at 10:50am, we realized that the place wasn't quite busy yet. And what I noticed something else was the Sunday brunch buffet that appears to have been done away with (not sure if they still do this but not every Sunday??) When our waiter finally came to our table to greet us (took about 10 minutes; we didn't mind it as we weren't in a hurry or anything. By the way, our waiter, Jaime D was most professional; he thoroughly performed to satisfied our needs where we lacked nothing) he brought us the brunch menus. We were pleased. The menu had exactly what we wanted. The menu is a good size with variety. What we liked about was the fact that we could do ala cart to add to our main dish. Whenever we dine at a restaurant, we tend to split one dish with some side dishes. We went with....Flat Iron Steak & Eggs (omelet/scrambled) - This protein rich dish is a good portion. Cooked to the perfect medium and well-seasoned. The potatoes that accompanied the steak and the egg were also well done. Two eggs (hard boiled) (side) - They didn't appear freshly made and yet, they didn't taste old either. These were fair.Smoked salmon (side) - Good. There were 4 large slices. And the price of $8 seems fair for the portion.Sweet crepe (with condiments on the side) - They did exactly what my daughter asked for: simply crepe with condiments on the side (they gave us chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, banana slices, and raspberry sauce.)We also ordered Double Americano (for me) and 6oz Green Delight Juice (for her). Both drinks wonderfully paired with what we ate. Well, this restaurant is an elevated European place. You may pay a bit more than other brunch places in the same DTC neighborhood and yet, you simply don't have to fight your hunger by being in the never-ending wait list. Hence, my conclusion is that our Sunday brunch was elevated.

I have been a fan of Ya Ya's for a long time. We used to live in DTC within walking distance and this is one of our favorite spots. The ambiance and service are 5 star quality and this is a great option for an intimate date night. The menu is limited but meets all needs and everything is clearly made from scratch with quality ingredients. Ya Ya's is on the pricey end but worth it for the quality and service.

Fantastic bistro. Met a friend for lunch and want to bring my husband back. The location has plenty of both indoor and outdoor space. It's very nice inside and has a rather quiet ambience. The drink menu is amazing, and presented very nicely on an iPad so you can get more information about an item without having to wait for the server to come back. Allows for a host of seasonal/special drinks too. I recommend the hummus platter for an appetizer, it was delish!

This place really set the tone for a great happy hour. The inside is clean chic and super modern with just the right amount of a romantic lighting. I enjoyed the bruschetta which was this garlic creamy goodness with fresh chopped tomatoes and pointed toast. Truly the main reason to such a great experience was our server/bartender Mallory , so kind, really sweet and over all super personable. Her craftsman ship behind the bar is truly remarkable. She made me a pink stiletto "Damn that was good" . Thanks again Mallory you be the main reason we'd come back

Highly recommend coming to this place for a nice meal in the Denver Tech Center. Great wine selection and plenty of private dining areas too. I had the ceased side salad with their Filet served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. This place was packed on a Thursday night. My friend and I were able to sit in the bar area without a reservation but highly recommend a reservation.

It's been ages since last visit and I know why. I tired to see recent photos and couldn't find much. Google was the same. Not much feedback. Overall, I was happy with the service, but some of the items were quite overpriced. The pricing definitely reflects special occasions but definitely nothing really special to come with other than $$. I was disappointed with the ciapino. Was it a noodle dish with red sauce and seafood? It's definitely not the ciapino I was hoping for. I was not interested in other items, $23 for pizza? A bottle of Leinenkugel Summer Shandy for $12?Overpriced, lacks quality control. I was happy with the waiter and he got the kudo.

What a find! Located in the DTC this is a great business lunch or romantic dinner location. The menu features a Mediterranean mix of choices! Everything sounded delicious and we opted to pick a dish from each category and was not disappointed. Gluten free options available. Our server Nola was great! Haven't had service like that in a while! She picked up on the vibe of the table, left us alone when we were in deep conversation and came back to take orders when the vibe was light. Knew the menu well and made great recommendations. Even the food runners were attentive and friendly. If you're a wino- this is your place to try!

Went with the family for brunch this morning and disappointed they no longer have a brunch buffet, which used to be awesome. Ordered a standard Eggs Benedict which arrived with runny whites eggs, barely poached, then took a bite and got a mouthful of egg shells, a LOT of egg shells which I spit back out on the plate! Should have sent it back for the clear egg whites initially. They did get me another plate...eventually after everyone else was done eating. What self-respecting restaurant serves egg shells? The cook had to know. Did they think no one would notice having a mouth fill of egg shells? The bill did not reflect the truly horrible eggs they served me and the waiter had to be reminded. He eventually took off the charge for my meal.

Came here with 2 other people. Had a reservation for 7:30pm on a Thursday and it was packed. Including the parking lot. The parking lot is shared with the hotel across the street, so make sure not to park in the hotel guests parking. The Bruschetta was really good. The goat cheese was very smooth. I'm not really a fish person but the Hamachi special was ok for me. The other folks at my table liked it. I think they used the same goat cheese in the lamb gyro pizza and that what made the lamb gyro pizza good. The lamb itself wasn't too flavorful and they seemed to have just sprinkled some salad on top of the pizza, so other than the cheese the pizza was ok.The service was phenomenal. They cleared our table for each course and water was kept filled. The waitress was very sociable. The restaurant had big glass mirrors and you can see across the streets the Christmas lights across the water which looked absolutely stunning. All in all the dining experience was great and the food was reasonably priced at about $20-25 an entree.
