Wingstop

Just picked up my call in order. I ordered a 20 piece boneless wings and our order was short 2 wings. They also forgot to give us dipping sauce. I tried calling to report it and someone picked up and hung up. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again!

Karina is a manager here and she's the weirdest person I've ever met every time I come in here she's really rude speaks over you doesn't get your order right act like she did get it right of charges I'm over there are other people who need jobs and don't get treated like this

We're on our way to Denver Airport so stopped by for my fav: lemon pepper wings. We had to wait 45 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. The interior was full of smoke from the fryers that I'm surprised it wasn't a breathing hazard! Thankfully there is seating out on the patio to eat. I get it that we walk-in folks have to compete with Uber Eats and Door Dash to-go folks. And it's a good problem to have for the owners. But if you want walk-ins, then you need to do better at servicing us. Overflowing trash cans right outside your door do nothing to promote the health and quality of the place.

Hello, friends! If you all have followed my reviews thus far... you should know by now that I LOVE WINGSTOP! However, this location was a total miss for me!I'm giving it two stars, because my celery and dips were absolutely immaculate. But, upon walking in... I noticed a large amount of haze/smoke in the air with a burned grease smell heavily floating. The cashier wasn't initially friendly until I gave him my name and then he switched over into a more professional mode and nailed my order after that! I was then given my drink cup (I ordered an 8 piece bone-in combo with celery sticks and a side of lemon pepper sauce) and was disappointed to not see an updated fountain drink system like all of the other Wingstops in the Denver area seem to have! I love that I can have so many sugar-free options usually... but, my only sugar-free drink option today was unsweetened iced tea-- which I do love. But, the tea station was so buddied up to the nearby table, that I personally felt like I was intruding upon someone's space to get myself some iced tea. I'm sure they didn't enjoy my close proximity either!Anywho, we sat to wait for our order and the smokiness was not subsiding... in hindsight, I should've waited outside, because I ended up getting super nauseous from just sitting inside for 15-20 mins. Also, when my name was called for the meal pickup, the girl working the counter was really unfriendly. I always love to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and write it off like we all have bad days (we are only human, after all), but she was unpleasant to multiple customers... especially when they would ask her for a quick favor or a question in regards to the food they're receiving currently.My chicken was good, but the oil tasted a bit old/burnt and I couldn't tell if I was feeling ill from my food or the smoke inhalation. Either way, I won't be back to this location for a long time. I was so excited to see a Wingstop in the area, because I seek them out everywhere I go! But, this experience left me with tummy turmoil and I have felt exhausted ever since? Like my energy has left the chat, y'all! I hope whoever goes next has a better experience. Today could've just been a bad day for this location. It would be nice to see it get updated as well. It needs some love for sure.

Good food, nice workers. Love it here, their wings are probably one of the best wings i have ever tried.

WORST wingstop branch on delivery. My order was completely wrong, and they way they want to correct it is go to the store bring the wrong food and pickup your order. What's the purpose of ordering for delivery and paying delivery fee. They have the WORST cuatomer service in food industry. The food is good though but their service is simply the WORST.

I ordered the 50 piece combo i pick up my order there's only 20 wings. I go back and ask them to fix this, I show them a video of the missing food I wait a hour for them to fix this . I come back the second time to pick up the order that's supposed to be fixed and there's 30 wings of flavors I didn't order I go back the manger refuses to fix the order and tells me I need to take it up with cooperate the manger was disrespectful, rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Absolutely ruined my super bowl, after the way the manger acted I wouldn't trust them to make a food order for me ever again.

The food was very taste. The costumer service was excellent and the cashier (Elizabeth) was so polite and friendly. The restaurant was clean.

This place has the worst to customers services. i order extra ranch because I love my wings with extra ranch and i open the bags and there was no ranch i was so disappointing so i call the location and I talk with two different people that can't figure out how to give my money back they want me to go back to return my order and get my money back i was 30 minutes away so im not going back because my time is value. I had to use my own ranch.

So disgusting, they sold me dip with fries already in the dip. Do not order from here, who knows what other disgusting unsanitary conditions they are in.
